Overall a great experience for staying with families. The design was so appealing in minimalist fashion. Some detail to improve is the cleanliness (candle in bathtub is a bit dirty from dirt, blinds were stained, etc). With the price range you’d expect to get more amenities (they don’t have lotion or other personal touches).

Place was nice, although the location besides the road, but at night ambience was very quiet and comfy. Each room quite spacious, well-fit for at least 6-8 people. Definitely will be back for next occasion

Beautiful spot, private, charming, well laid-out and lots of thoughtful touches. Could comfortably stay for some time cos it is set-up so well. Really comfortable beds and linen, water well-stocked. Looking forward to staying when reef season is on!

Great place to stay and relax

Honestly, this villa was one of the best stays I’ve experienced. Everything you might need is available from kitchen tools to a great entertainment system all was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The place was also very clean and well-maintained. Aji was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Just a small note (mainly for Gulf visitors): the area is a bit far from the main attractions and activities, so if you’re planning to go out frequently, you might want to consider the driving time. However, if your goal is to relax and enjoy your time at the villa, you’ll absolutely love every moment.

The place is very comfortable, you can karoke as much as you want, it's very clean especially the toilet is very aesthetic, the guards are very responsive, you have to try to stay here!!!

We stayed at Grace's place for one night before our train to Jogja, but for one night this place was perfect. The place is modern, comfortable, and conveniently located for our needs. My only complaint is we didn't have enough time to take advantage of this great apartment.

the location of the apartment is in the resort expert, in front of it there is a dago terrace cafe.. but unfortunately the pool is under repair.

Amazing, our family has a very satisfying experience while staying here. Everything goes well from water heater (the most important thing because we have a baby), wifi, air conditioner, television, etc. We don't have any problems during the night here, host instructions are very clear, the location is also very strategic, Thankyou Jimmy .

Kevin’s place is definitely worth the money.. with all the amenities provided.. the place is also private, I booked the place for meeting purposes and the huge sofa is comfortable… Mini Market is just around the corner and there is a vending machine downstairs which is very useful if you are too lazy to go to mini market to buy snacks or drinks. Kevin is also super responsive. I recommended this place to people who wants to stay in Tangerang /BSD area.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. It boasts a very high level of accommodation and surroundings even in Jakarta. The swimming pool, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are all very good. A place I'd like to stay again next time.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice.
