Temporarily sublet is a 2-room apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen balcony. My small oasis of well-being is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center and arena, about 15-20 from the Festwiese/stadium. Tram stop and organic bakery are right outside. Bars, supermarket, bike and boat rental in the immediate vicinity. The Johanna and Clara Zetkin Park can be reached in 3-5 minutes. Due to its location in the courtyard, the apartment is quiet despite the city center location.

Shower/WC, sink, underfloor heating, window hair dryer. On arrival the beds are covered and towels are ready! We have built a mud kitchen for our little guests!

I offer yoga and Ayurvedic treatments in my listing. The apartment is tastefully and individually decorated with antiques. The house is located between Bad Rodach and Coburg. In Bad Rodach is a nice thermal bath. In Coburg you will find all amenities such as cafes, cinema, theaters, restaurants. My place is good for couples, business travelers. I also offer other rooms, so the house is also suitable for families (with kids).

Beautiful 2-room- Appartment

Hey folks, my beautiful appartment is located in the heart of Leipzig. It is 70sqm big and has two rooms, each of them with two sleeping berth. Additionally you will find a big corridor, a balkony, a bath and a kitchen which of course can be used by you. I won´t be in Leipzig over the period of your visit but I will be there to welcome you and give you the keys to the appartmenent. I´m looking forward to hearing from you !

You will stay in a former leisure center. This is in remodeling status and the first two strangers rooms (1davon walk-through room) as well as toilet and bathroom are completely renovated. No wifi or TV. Feel welcome. Outstanding is the large sports room, which is equipped with table tennis tables, fitness balls and plenty of space. If required, another accommodation can be booked on request, next door.

Old apartment in the south of Leipzig

The apartment is super centrally located, very bright and yet quiet, as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony go out to the back of the yard. There is a bedroom, a sleeping coach in the study and a guest mattress. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, unfortunately animals are not accepted. Towels and bedding are on site, basic foods can be found in the pantry. I look forward to every guest.
