I had a wonderful stay at Ramya's place! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with basic amenities one could need. Ramya was incredibly hospitable and quick to respond to any questions I had. The check-in process was seamless, and I felt right at home. We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

We were a group of 4 friends traveling from Bangalore, looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway—and Shyam's place delivered just that. The property is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by a variety of fruit and flower trees, which made the environment feel serene and refreshing. One of the highlights of our stay was the food—Shyam arranged delicious home-cooked meals for us. We especially loved the chicken kadai and biryani; both were absolutely mouth-watering! The location is great too, with many tourist spots nearby. Banasura Sagar Dam is just a short drive away and offers a beautiful walking trail around the dam. For adventure lovers, there’s a zipline at both Banasura and Karapuzha dams, but we found the one at Karapuzha to be more thrilling. Overall, a wonderful stay—we'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat in Wayanad!

This homestay has perfect ambience and is isolated . They have all basic amenities and they also have indoor games like carrom . Jishnu was a very welcoming guest and gave us suggestions on where to go . The place is surrounded with peacock sounds and jackfruit trees .

Absolutely loved our short stay at the house. Special mention to the caretaker Jose, he always went an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable at the place. We got to experience the local delicacies and explored the plantation adjacent to the property. Jose was very welcoming and and made sure the house is clean and spotless

We had a wonderful stay! The location is nestled in the hills and offers complete peace and tranquility. A big thank you to Manoj Sir and his son for being such warm and welcoming hosts—they truly made us feel at home and were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. I choose Pranav’s place with bit of risk as this property was new and i was the first customer from Airbnb and hence no existing feedback was available. But when i landed there i was pleasantly amazed by the serene surroundings, cleanliness of the property. We booked two rooms (at first floor) who are adequately spacious, have a separate kitchen at ground floor. Rooms have sparkling clean bathrooms attached and hot water available always. There is lot of open space at ground floor, can play badminton/cricket and they also provide indoor games.There is caretaker available always to help you with anything. They also have tie up with vendors providing homely food , we opted for kerala’s authentic breakfast for all days and also dinner couple of times. The food was yummy and very reasonably priced. Pranav also helped answering all queries and guided for local shopping and tourism. I will highly recommend this property to anyone and will also look forward to stay again myself.
