The perfect place to stay in Bangkok! Well located apartment with great facilities including a washing machine, an on-site gym and a small convenience store in the building. The host was so kind and helpful, and everything was very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us!

I love the place. The area is very quiet and peaceful with a grocery store just 1 minute walk away. The room is a bit small but it’s well decorated and has 2 huge TVs and a soft mattress so I was very comfortable.

We chose this place mainly for its convenient location and spacious layout, and it totally lived up to our expectations. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made our stay both fun and easy. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had a really pleasant atmosphere. The bedroom faces the street, and while we had seen reviews mentioning noise, it honestly didn’t bother us at all. All in all, we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay here!

Eine süße kleine Wohnung, mit Balkon und schönem Ausblick. Am Dach gibt es einen Pool, der mir sehr gefallen hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host und die Anreise sind reibungslos verlaufen. Alles in allem ein sehr positiver Aufenthalt, ich würde wiederkommen.

really great location and price, there is a shuttle every hour to the BTS and you can call them to arrange pick up. host quickly helped me with instructions to get back in when I left my keycard inside. wanted to extend stay but couldn't someone else booked the room.

This condominium is conveniently located near Thonglor BTS station (less than 5-min. walking). I used the BTS Skytrain to get to the Asok, Phrom Phong, and Ekamai areas. Those well-known restaurants, bars, and clubs are nearby as well. The host, Y, was responsive, friendly, and very accommodating. I would stay this place again.

I had a great stay here! The room is beautifully decorated in a clean, modern-minimalist style exactly like the photos. It’s super clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect, right near Phra Athit Road in Bangkok. There are plenty of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, and it’s close to the river too. Ekawit was really helpful and responsive, always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok!

Brian is a great host. The condo was very clean. He was very accommodating, especially by letting me leave my luggage. Communication with him was easy and smooth he’s always available and responds super quickly. He was really kind to me. I highly recommend this condo to everyone. It’s well located, and everything looks exactly like the photos.

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

This was my second stay in Sukhumvit. Why didn't I choose this residence when I came last time? The overall experience was very good. From the details of the service, the attitude of the smiling staff, the spaciousness of the rooms, the complete facilities, the cleanliness, the quiet rest environment, as well as the overall reasonable rental cost, all made me extremely satisfied. I would probably come to Bangkok again next month, and of course, I will choose this residence for sure.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Bangkok! The location is fantastic — close to public transportation, local markets, and great food spots. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in Bangkok!). Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. it was a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok!
