The stay here was amazing, the views and local shops were perfect for our get away. Becky and Alex were great communicators with instructions and offering any additional information if asked. I would highly recommend.

Exactly as described a perfect slice of reclusive heaven! Wish the weather was slightly better but hey that's the UK. Amazing, the small personal touches such as the scones were lovely! The dogs loved being in the garden next to the sea- I have never seen so many zoomies! The WiFi really is intermittent but why would you need it, when your view and surroundings are so wonderful!

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Mike was incredibly flexible and so friendly. The apartment was super clean and very cosy - wonderful views across the beach to top it off!

We’ve had a lovely bank holiday weekend .. great bungalow a minutes walk from the beach and town. Was lovely and quiet which is what we wanted. Kids had a lovely time playing in the garden too! We shall return! Thank you again! X

An incredible location! The accommodation was comfortable. clean and well equipped. Lovely shower! I also appreciated the scones, jam and cream left for me - along with tea bags, coffee and milk. I loved the outside area with sea views that gets the evening sun. Will definitely be back! Thank-you.

We had a fantastic stay at Russels apartment. The location is amazing, right on the beach, so we woke to the sounds of the sea every morning. The apartment is big and spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos and the large parking space was a great bonus. The beach is shingle and the sea calm, ideal for novice paddle boarders like me. The staff at the Bay restaurant next door are really friendly and the food was lovely. We visited many of Russels recommended places for food and all were good. There are a few shops very near by and the coastal path makes a great morning walk or run. We will be back x

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

What a fabulous find! Superbly located between beach and town, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, this is the perfect spot for a couple to while away a few days in Falmouth and surrounding areas. Excellent host made communication easy and approachable. Benefited from spa resort next door and short walk to Gilly Beach for drinks during sunset. Really comfortable bed and lots of little touches in the apartment that made it stand out from the norm. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

Incredibly friendly, kind and responsive hosts. Lovely family feel. Building has a lot of character and great facilities. Short walk to a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Strongly recommend!

A really fantastic place to stay. Every member of the family loved it. This was a house that you wanted to hang out in and felt really home from home. High quality and immaculate. Loved the location and the peace and quiet!

We were visiting Perranporth to visit family who lived locally. The property was ideal . The kitchen was well equipped with double oven, fridge & freezer dishwasher etc. A lovely dining room, comfortable lounge and the conservatory provided magnificent views across the village and bay to the golf course opposite. There were also tables and chairs strategically situated in the garden to take advantage of the sun as well as proving good viewing points. For anyone wishing to park up and use local transport the bus stop for busses to Newquay and Truro were a few steps away. The village with cafes, pubs and beach on the doorstep. Miranda provided excellent information regarding location of the premises , how t access the property and making use of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in the house.

We had a fantastic week at Beachside. The house and location were amazing. You’re only 2 mins walk from the beach.The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds made for restful sleep.The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions and the best beach was just next to us.Also amazing view from the house!Highly recommend this beautiful property to others.

A fantastic stay and the property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The location is great. A few minutes walk from Newquay Town Centre and less than 10 mins walk to Fistral Beach through the middle of the golf course on a traffic free path. The host responded within an hour on both occasions I contacted her. I can’t fault anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We have just got home after 4 amazing days at No Egrets; we could not fault anything, just wish we could stay longer! Iveta’s home was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and so beautiful, the view was breathtaking and just a short stroll down to the dog friendly Perranporth beach. Iveta left really clear instructions & her communication was fantastic from day one. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to book here, it was so good we are looking at booking for my mums 60th next year! Thank you so much for making a special weekend even more memorable by providing such a beautiful home to guests!

Amazing stay. I was a solo young female first time solo travelling and Jonathan’s place made me feel easy and comfortable. Such a great location as well. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location with great views over the sea and a woodland to the back. Very cosy, warm and well-appointed property with everything you could need (including plenty of torches for navigating outside at night!). Tamsin was a friendly, responsive host who left helpful and clear instructions. We brought our greyhound and found the bungalow and the village very dog friendly. Great pub and cafes right by the beach!
