Oferujemy ciche i spokojne miejsce z dostępem do ogrodu i atrakcji dla dzieci. Podczas pobytu można umilić sobie czas wynajmując balię bądź saunę (dodatkowo płatne).Na miejscu dostępne jest miejsce na ognisko lub grilla. Oferujemy możliwość zamówienia posiłków z restauracji Matrioszka z dowozem.Przyjmujemy tylko małe pieski za dodatkowa opłatą

Nowy, jasny dom (140 m2) w sercu zielonej Warmii. Dom znajduje się na działce o powierzchni 2500 m2, z malowniczymi widokami na pagórki i lasy. Siedlisko jest położone we wsi Ruś, 7 km od Olsztyna, na wzniesieniu, w sąsiedztwie kilku domów. Przestronny salon, kuchnia, kominek, sauna, duży, jasny taras, grill, duży ogród, huśtawki, hamaki, stół do tenisa stołowego. W domu są cztery sypialnie mogące w pomieścić do 11 osób (3+3+3+2). Dwie łazienki (każda z WC i prysznicem) i dodatkowa toaleta.

Gizycko Masuren Ferienhaus im Grünen Seenähe

Mein kleines Holzhäuschen ( 30m2) , mitten im Grünen eignet sich besonders für Familien mit Kindern ( ab 5 Jahren- wegen der etwas steilen Treppe ins Obergeschoss.) Es ist voll ausgestattet mit 55 ZollTV , Kühlschrank, 2 Kochplatten, Microwelle mit Grillfunktion, und ausreichend Geschirr. Für Nutzung von Fahrrädern, Sauna und Whirlpool freue ich mit über eine kleine Unterhaltungsspende . Ich wohne im Nebenhaus und stehe Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ich spreche Polnisch und Deutsch.

Zafunduj sobie odpoczynek i wyciszenie. Zapraszamy do magicznej wsi Łajs, na granicy Warmii i Mazur, pośród lasów i jezior. Do Łajsu prowadzą 3 leśne drogi. Brak tu asfaltu, nie ma sklepu ani baru. Tutaj zachwyca szum lasu, zachody słońca nad jeziorami, czysta woda i to coś, czego nie spotkacie nigdzie indziej. To miejsce zasługiwało tylko na piękne domy, w których są sny a wokół sosny. Sąsny to dzieło rodzinne. Domy wpisują się w lokalną architekturę jednocześnie gwarantując komfort i wygodę.

Stodoła nad Biebrzą

Nowoczesna stodoła położona w otulinie Biebrzańskiego Parku Narodowego, w obszarze Natura 2000, nieopodal rzeki Biebrzy. Dzięki panoramicznym oknom można tutaj podziwiać przyrodę nie wychodząc z domu. Za sprawą przeszklenia całej elewacji (18 m) obserwuje się "żywy obraz" -całodobowy spektakl natury. W zależności od pory roku można śledzić z kanapy/wanny/łóżka rozlewiska Biebrzy, przeloty gęsi i żurawi, żerowisko bobrów, polowania sokołów, lisa, spacer łosia, koziołka i wiele innych zwierząt.

Masuria is a beautiful region of Poland where natural lakes surround us on all sides. For us, contact with the ubiquitous Masurian nature is especially important. That's why only six houses are located on a large area at comfortable distances for guests. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated space for 8 people. You will spend your vacations in Bartosze, a small village located 4km from Elk, a beautiful Masurian city. At a distance of 150m there are 2 beaches on Lake Sunowo, and the area offers forest trails, bicycle and canoe routes.
