We were guests in April for 4 nights and were very satisfied. Inquiries were responded to immediately in a friendly and competent manner. Very helpful and friendly landlords. The complex is a clean beautiful apartment complex with a very nice garden and pool. We felt very comfortable. We can recommend the landlords with a clear conscience. If it is possible for us to visit our friends in Hua Hin again next year, we will book with Edward and Jasmin again.

It was lovely to be back for our 2nd visit - we had such a relaxing time & the kids loved the swimming pool. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and even shorter if you use one of the available bicycles. A few great seafood restaurants nearby, and kite surfing spots, for those interested.

Firstly, Frank’s communication is spot on, helpful and friendly. Secondly, the photos really don’t do this place justice. The accommodation is roomy which I don’t think comes across on the Airbnb ad. The complex accommodates full time residents of various nationalities and other holiday eras. It’s a very friendly place in a quiet spot close to a lot going on. The pool is really good and the garden really well maintained As others have mentioned, you really need transport to get about but so many restaurants/eating places nearby. Frank has employed a manager so any issues can be resolved easily. She lives on site and is very friendly.

Eric is a nice host, he communicated and responsive everytime we asked. The place is also spacious, there is washing machine, hangers, drying rack, iron, rice cooker and cooking utensils. comfortable stay. you can see from the entire property it's start to reflect wear and tear but Eric's place is well maintained. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk and you can try to use their golf car services. Easy for grab food because they can deliver to the basement tower B were Eric's apartment block is located. We sincerely appreciate Eric's place and his hospitality. If ever we will return to Hua Hin this will be in our top choice

The Sea at Dolphin Bay

We had a great month at Samuel‘s condominium. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean was fantastic. The condominium was reasonably well equipped, roomy and suited our needs perfectly. We did have to purchase a few items for the kitchen which we left at the condo. We were able to have 20 L containers of water delivered to the front desk when necessary and had free delivery of our groceries from the Pranburi Lotus supermarket. There were restaurants nearby and we used our bicycles to go places further afield. We would certainly consider returning there on a future trip!

Meeting Uma was my luck. The host was warm and thoughtful and prepared a lot of surprises for us. We received the best hospitality. The host's mother often brought us delicious desserts. We ate like royalty.The room faces the pool, and you can start your day with a cup of coffee prepared by Uma on the balcony.The fabric is very good, the towels are soft and clean.I'll stay at Uma's house again next time. She's like a distant relative.Thanks to Uma, she is the pride of Thailand!

What an awesome place! We have a very great time staying in Nithiphat's place. The place is exactly as in the pictures. The rooms are spacious to accommodate 5 people. All the amenities are there for convenience. Everything is clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The balcony is really nice with a view of very large swimming pool and garden. You can easily walk to the beach club in 2 min. There's a gym to use for free and other 2 beautiful pools looking over the beach. Long beach which Baba beach club next to it. But the place is very beautiful and peaceful like you own the whole place. There's hardly any noise to bother you aside from the wind blowing and leaves rustling. The facilities are well-maintained. The host is very responsive and helpful. Constantly making sure our stay is smooth and comfortable. The check-in is easy. Honestly, I really can't recommend this place enough. Great place. Quiet. Few steps to the beach. Beautiful. Spacious. Definitely will stay again!

The area is nice and relaxed. It’s close to the beach and there are several restaurants around. A huge advantage is the resort’s offer of free bicycles, which easily allow reaching the nearby shops like 7eleven, a bakery, etc. and also the local markets. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped - especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and perhaps return some day!
