I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

Отличная квартира и особенно важно идеальное место расположения. Центр города рядом супермаркеты/рестораны, до главного центра 5-7 мин пешком, рядом с квартирой (3мин пешком) находится special coffee (где очень хороший и профессиональный кофе) это важный аспект по утрам выйти и выпить хороший кофе. В квартире довольно уютно и достаточно места для комфортного проживания семьёй. Администрация квартиры оперативно отвечает в чате BNB на все вопросы, а также оказывает быстрое решение любых вопросов связанных с проживанием. Также в квартире есть все необходимое для полного долгосрочного проживания. Мы прожили более 30 дней в полном комфорте. Когда будем возвращаться в Вену то если эта квартира будет свободна мы будем жить там. Спасибо администрации квартиры.

We were happy to have this spacious apartment in the middle of our travels. Plenty of living room space and three separate bedrooms. Looked like they were building a small pool or hot tub in the courtyard for residents. Easy access with codes and two sets of keys so perfect for days we separated. Separate toilet from bathroom also great, and enjoyed soaking in that deep tub after all the walking. Everything is very cute and modern. Have requested some sort of privacy for round window between bathing area and hallway. We taped up a kitchen towel, as we were with our adult children. Neighborhood was nice enough - not a lot of restaurants open late in this area. Gastwirtschaft Schilling was so good local Austrian food - open late….across from two strip clubs - but very cozy, friendly, great food. Loved being in this district, close to the art museums. Busses and subway get you everywhere. Did not see anyone swipe their transit cards, so decide yourself if you buy one.

Logement impeccable pour un couple, propre et soigné avec une excellente literie. Situé à 20 min à pied de schonbronn, il est un peu excentré mais le centre ville est facilement accessible via le bus 63A (arrêt juste en face du logement) qui vous dépose au pied du métro (Ligne U4 pour rejoindre Stephenplatz) au centre ville. Inutile de louer une voiture pour visiter Vienne. Et un grand merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont permis de déposer nos valises à notre arrivée à 10h dans le logement, ce qui nous a permis de visiter Vienne dans les meilleures conditions dès le premier jour !!

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Wien und die Unterkunft ist super. Gut erreichbar mit den Öffentlichen. Man hat einen super Ausblick und direkt im Haus ein Restaurant, einen Billa und einen Aldi. Kurz hat uns Sabine geschockt, da keine Handtücher bereit lagen und der Kollege keins dabei hatte 😅 Aber Sabine hat sich sofort auf den Weg gemacht, um uns noch welche zu bringen. Obacht nur bei der Checkout Zeit. Wir hatten 12 Uhr im Inserat stehen, aber richtig wäre 10 Uhr gewesen! Sabine war kulant und hat uns bis 11 Uhr Zeit gegeben.

Our stay at Gisella's Airbnb was truly wonderful. The property was extremely peaceful and spotlessly clean, equipped with every amenity one could need. As a host, Gisella was incredibly responsive and approachable, always ready to assist with any queries, whether related to the property itself or exploring Vienna. We had travelled to Vienna for a moot court competition, and thanks to the calm and quiet environment at Gisella's place, we were able to study and prepare without any distractions. The location is also excellent, with multiple public transport options within walking distance, making it very convenient to get around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

Der Aufenthalt bei Michael war einfach klasse! Er ist bei Rückfragen stets schnell erreichbar gewesen und konnte immer weiterhelfen. Wir waren zu 8 da und haben Junggesellenabschied gefeiert und man konnte in der Unterkunft ohne Probleme feiern und auch etwas lauter sein, ohne jemanden zu stören. Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem wundervoll eingerichteten Haus im mid-century Stil! Danke für die gute Zeit!!! Klare Empfehlung!

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

Die Unterkunft war sehr erholsam, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, es ist ein Ort zum runterkommen und entschleunigen. Der Garten spendet Ruhe und man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht ins Grüne.

Za nás (skupina 8 kamarádů) super ubytování, krásná příroda. Ideální místo na výlety.

Ein wundervoller Raum für Retreats und Kurse mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre mit einem schönen Ausblick. In der Küche ist alles da um sich gut zu versorgen. Der Garten um das Haus ist liebevoll und wirklich schön gestaltet. Der Gartenbereich ist (im Frühjahr) etwas einsehbar, aber es ist auf der kleinen Straße nicht viel los. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Ubytování bylo nádherné. Vše bylo v pořádku, jen k sauně chyběly prostěradla a ručníky navíc, ale sauna byla na místě pár dní. Po kontaktování paní správcové byly přineseny náhradní ručníky. Jinak ale velmi doporučuji. Kromě skvělého ubytování byl i pozemek prostorný a poskytoval dostatek soukromí.

It was an amazing stay at a cozy place in a lovely location with a wonderful host. It's been 2nd time I've stayed at Monika's spaces. What can I say? She is the most welcoming, friendly and responsive host one can find. Looking forward to spending next year spring break at Monika's!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, mit Herzblut eingerichtet und die Räumlichkeiten und Ausstattung sind durchdacht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Tipps haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir haben k s sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Nachdem wir leider schon einmal unseren Aufenthalt bei Birgit & Franz stornieren mussten, hat es diesmal geklappt. Angefangen über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation und den sehr flexiblen Check-in, über das herzliche Willkommen durch die Gastgeber, war die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir durften auch die Fahrräder in dem Carport unterbringen. Da man direkt am Donau-Radweg wohnt, bietet es sich an, mit Fahrrädern anzureisen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt - wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber Birgit & Franz.

The apartment is very spacious. Not far from the center. Near the botanical garden. The neighbors are very quiet. And the apartment was quite clean, had everything you need, the plumbing worked perfectly. We would definitely come back again.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Wilfried's apartment was fantastic. Luxurious feel, wonderful view, lovely decor. Wilfried was an excellent host - gave us a thorough tour of the apartment and all instructions on how to operate everything in the house, as well as guidance on how to get around, which transportation services applied, etc. Couldn't have asked for more. Apartment was on the 10th floor with plentiful windows for viewing Vienna from on high. I would easily stay there again....in fact, I could easily live there. Thanks, Wilfried, for being a great host and renting us this fabulous apartment.

Sehr nette Wohnung und geeignet für 4 Personen bzw. 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings im zweiten und nicht im dritten Stock.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!
