Vacation rentals with beach access in Wakayama

This place is very close to the beach, there is also a daiso and convenience store nearby, everything is perfect except the need to climb the slope or climb the stairs

We had an incredible stay at this home! The built-in onsen in the bathroom was a truly unique and relaxing highlight of our visit. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and very comfortable, offering stunning views over the bay. Parking and access were convenient, making our trip hassle-free. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great experience. It is very close to the beach. The house is clean and tidy. The host is also very friendly. He automatically booked us a restaurant.

The host was very patient and responsive.Going to play with shoes was broken, not familiar with the local area, could only ask for help from the host, host helped me search several possible places to sell shoes nearby, very sweet.

This quirky, retro apartment with its own onsen bath overlooking the ocean was exactly what we needed after hiking the Kumano Kodo. The Shirahama Beach area was quiet and a bit run down but had a peaceful and friendly vibe and lots of great onsen. The apartment had a great view and lots of room. We watched sumo on TV, used the infrared grill to cook food and had lots of relaxed baths. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated the washing machine after a wet few days. The apartment is very close to Saki-no-yu onsen, a unique onsen set into the rocks next to the ocean, and we enjoyed the walks to the beach and beyond. Check in and out was very easy.

After I applied, I looked at various reviews and was very worried about cleanliness and security.I brought insect and mold repellent and a sleeping bag, but it was unnecessary.Although it is an old hotel, it is very clean and well maintained, and the location is perfect (beautiful Shirahama Beach and a 24-hour supermarket are just a minute away on foot).In addition, the cleaning man was very kind and always attentive.It was a long-term stay of one month, but I was very sad to go home and would love to visit again.The response to the question was also speedy and reassuring.Thank you very much.I know it's difficult because of the price increase, but I'd like to ask you to keep the price the same.

I was a little worried because this Airbnb listing is new, but we’re so thankful that we stayed here. Honestly the pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s so beautiful: a perfect blend of traditional and modern. All the amenities are new and stylish and the hosts couldn’t be kinder. They own a local cafe nearby and I also recommend you spend some time there to enjoy lunch or a coffee, you won’t regret it! I’d also recommend you get some groceries before settling in, because the kitchen is great to prepare some meals in. We were running late, but the host was kind enough to take us to a local grocery store, such great hospitality! The area surrounding is a quiet and peaceful, but it gives you a little taste of the Japanese countryside and gets you away from the “gaijin hordes”. Please come and enjoy a few days here, can’t recommend it highly enough!

Beautiful neighborhood and clean traditional Japanese family home. Especially hospitable owners although they couldn’t speak English!

We had a pleasant time.The parking lot was large and could park two cars with room to spare.There was a washer and dryer (with detergent), which was helpful.I thought it would be nice if there was a large pot (there was only a lid) and it was cooked in an earthenware pot.

Anyway, it was easy to spend time, and the access to the surrounding area was very good if it was a car, so I enjoyed it very much.

Stay at David’s house was such a good experience, I have to say it’s perfect to me. The location is convenient to find, by the seaside, near bus station. We were warmly welcomed by host David, who is generous and thoughtful. All the equipments in the house are clean and new, which can cover the needs more than we expected. It’s a cozy HOME. If I come to shirahama next time, David’s house will be my only option. And thanks to Mayu さん, who provided generous helps online before we arrived. 谢谢 and highly recommend !

They responded quickly to last-minute bookings.The entrance is on the first floor and the room is on the second floor, so it may be strict for those with bad legs.The room was clean, the hot water in the shower and the room were warm, quiet, and I had a pleasant time.Thank you very much.

Really clean AirBnb. Perfect stay for a family with two kids. Balcony and view was fabulous and allowed for a lovely breeze to come through. Great size, wish we stayed longer than 3 nights. We went not during peak season, but it gave us a chance to enjoy the town free of crowds. There is a fabulous ramen place not far from the hotel, called Ramen Bakumatsu (I got the ramen that has limited bowls, and it was the best pork broth ramen I have ever had). The town had lots of onsen foot baths which were fun to find and check out. The beach was great. We drove and didn't find we needed the car in town, could walk to have meals and enjoy footbaths and food. We did drive around to check out some sights, but would have also just enjoyed being in the town. As it was not peak season it seemed like some places were closed, however we kinda like the sleepiness of the place. Thoroughly recommend this stay.

The room was very clean, and the TV was large, and there were many convenient appliances, etc., which was very helpful.The view from the room was also very beautiful, and it was so wonderful that I could actively recommend it to friends.

Very nice and clean space. Good location and nice views. We stayed a family of 6 and had plenty of space. Nice bathroom with good laundry facilities. One point of feedback is the kitchen equipment/supplies were very limited. However there are pretty good supermarkets nearby to pick things up.

The room is spacious enough, and the hot springs are not bad, so I think it's this price.Perfect for staying at a hot spring ryokan without meals.I just wanted an elevator.The room seemed to still be available, so I wanted to be guided to the first floor instead of the 3rd floor.

We stayed for over a month and liked it a lot. Kids friendly. It is what the description says. Nothing fancy. It does have a decent onsen. The bedroom was larger than expected for Japan. The surrounding area where the hotel was looks somewhat abandoned and far from the main attractions of shirahama, but it was very immersed in nature in comparison to other options. We can definitely see ourselves booking again here.

I stayed for one night, but I wanted to stay a little longer! It is a place where you can relax. The location is great with a panoramic view of Shirahama Beach! If I get another chance, I want to use it!

The facility feels like a retreat and is old, but it is well cleaned.Also, the bath was very good with the source.

You don’t want to miss this peaceful community if you have couple of nights to spend in Kada. なるさんand her family are very friendly, she will guide you to the octopus and even traps used for hunting!
