Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wadden Sea

We had a very nice, relaxing stay at this idyllic place to stay. The house is surrounded by a magnificent garden with many blooming trees and shrubs in a very quiet environment. Very friendly hostess and an easy-going dog. We also enjoyed the sauna, which can be booked optionally.

We got excellent instructions from Steffen about check in, besides this house is nice, cosy, we got there everything what we need. I highly recommended that place to stay! Thank you!

Very nice Airbnb, on the edge of the forest, where you have beautiful nature. All amenities are within walking/cycling distance. The cottage was great, all instructions were clearly described by the host!

We were 4 adults and two babies and had a lovely, relaxing time in the lake house :) In the kitchen there is everything you need for cooking, including baby or children's dishes :) Salt and pepper and a starter pack of coffee and sugar were also provided. In general, the house is very well equipped for children or families :) A Kaufland and a few other food stores are a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The surroundings are great, you can do a lot. We also liked to use the canoe (life jackets for the little ones are also available) :) Communication was also great and timely, and questions and problems were also addressed :) Only the early check-out at 10 a.m. caused us some trouble, but this is not in Jannik's hands. All in all a real recommendation :)

The most beautiful & romantic accommodation we have been allowed to stay in so far! :) The small half-timbered house is very idyllically located in the middle of nature. We enjoyed watching the chickens at breakfast and even had the good fortune to spot a deer :) The kitchen is functionally equipped with the most important things, so you can prepare simple meals. And there are activities for rainy days. For those with a lighter sleep, I recommend bringing a sleep mask & earplugs, especially in the summer months, as the birds & rooster wake up early & there are no blackout options. The owners are very friendly, dedicated and helpful. Thank you so much for the wonderful days. We will be happy to come back again!

We felt very comfortable in Theo and Wilma's vacation home in Roosdom. We were there with our little son. He particularly liked the morning view from the living room window of the sheep. 😀 A very idyllic place to stay. We also slept very well. It's so quiet, you just don't hear anything. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom. The shower is not really separated, so the water unfortunately flows all over the floor. But a wiper is available. Unfortunately, we also lacked a toaster in the kitchen. But everything else is great. Unfortunately, the weather didn't quite play along. On the penultimate day, however, it got quite hot. There are some great activities in the area. You can get everywhere easily by bike. There is a children's farm with animals and playground equipment nearby and the Verwolde estate is recommended, for example. Highly recommended for those who want to have a quiet vacation in the countryside

We were traveling by bicycle and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly host. Thank you so much for this great start to the day. We felt very comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst, but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

Overall, we enjoyed it very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can relax perfectly. It takes some time for the hot tub to be really hot, but it's worth the wait. 😊 Nothing was missing in the apartment. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed as it was pretty saggy. Of course, it is still convenient for a weekend. Really recommend!!!

Beautiful days in a beautiful accommodation. It was perfect (except for the weather😅). We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake exactly as described. Comfortable beds. In the kitchen, everything you could ever need was available. The bathroom is a highlight. We will definitely come back and tell others how great it was at your place. Best wishes Susanne and Jörg

The few days with Volker were very nice. We felt right at home after being warmly welcomed by Volker. The apartment is the perfect place for a break, and we got lots of tips for nice excursions. Volker was always a helpful contact person and impeccable host. My child was able to feed Volker's chickens and collect the eggs, we were allowed to help ourselves in the spacious herb garden and pancakes were fried for us at the communal campfire. Thank you for the wonderful time! We will hopefully and gladly come back. :-)

Cathrin is a great host. Very responsive and ready to help. Her place is very nice. And the garden is breathtaking. I would describe it as a two bedroom apartment with a nice beautiful loft that can function as a third bedroom. The space that is listed as a third bedroom is a couch in the kitchen area. If you are traveling with little kids this might function well for you but we were three adults and everyone needed some privacy. We solved the problem by using the beautiful loft area as a third bedroom and all was good. Overall, good experience.

Wow, what a lovely rustic location. Everything was sparkling clean, nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. The tranquility, green surroundings and privacy have done us a lot of good. The pool was a delight and felt like a true wellness experience. Maarten was a very likeable host. We will definitely come back more often!

We had wonderful and quiet days in the small happiness, our highlight was the sauna with great views of cows and the church of Tetenbüll on the horizon. We also worked half a day from here, unfortunately the reception via mobile data was not enough, next time without work;) Thank you for this beautiful hideaway in the real north!

Hi! We were in Ribe for a wedding and the location was great! It was easy to get in and the communication was super good! The place was very cozy with lush nature and animals that came and greeted us. It was very cozy. The beds were comfortable and the accommodation was well cleaned and fresh. Nice that there was coffee, shampoo and conditioner to borrow. Would love to stay here again!

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

Great forest hut, very idyllic and quiet. Everything is very comfortably furnished, outside and inside. Good kitchen as well as a barbecue area with a fire pit.

We’ve now stayed in this beautiful, cozy little house for the second time – and it was just as lovely as the first. That’s exactly why we decided to come back. The house is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, located in a quiet area, and the perfect place to relax. Our dog really enjoyed the park right across the street – great for walks. Our little son also had a blast, both playing in the house and exploring the city. We had an amazing time and felt right at home. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Alkmaar! It is close enough to enjoy all that the city has to offer, yet it also provides a beautiful, peaceful escape from the business and crowds. Han and Kelly were great hosts, providing helpful recommendations and even rides from the train station and into Alkmaar. We also enjoyed hanging out with the dog, cat and chickens! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in :) everything was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hosts were very nice and friendly, but not intrusive. We felt at home. The ambiance is dreamy. The walking area is beautiful, the beach is easily accessible by car. The nearby city of Leiden is worth a trip. We would come back, thank you for the lovely stay:)

The stay with Mandy and Remko was very pleasant. Beautiful spacious ,nicely decorated and clean. A warm welcome! Also great the bikes that are ready for you, we did not have the time for it but you can cycle beautifully in the area, or by bike directly to Amsterdam City.

Loved staying at Danielle’s cabin. She’s a great host and goes above and beyond to make your stay worth it. Beautiful walks all around and a beautiful little town in its self. Would highly recommend for a solo or couple get away and I would definitely stay here again! 5* All around!
