The cottage was completed in late summer 2024 and is now ready for rental. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a cape by the Lule river. The cottage consists of a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport.
