We were greeted by Sylvie who was very nice, responsive, and very accommodating on schedules. The place was clean, accurate to the photos and very well-equipped, we did not miss anything, which is very appreciated. The bedding was excellent and we slept very well. The apartment is in a great location, close to the port of La Rochelle and Les Minimes beach. This is an excellent place to rest in peace and discover the area.

Listing that is fully as described. Super well located on the old harbor, close to everything to do everything on foot. Very nice discovery of this city of La Rochelle with a good crush. The apartment is great, clean quiet and Patrick communicates easily and was very accommodating! See you soon!

Beautiful location in the old town of La Rochelle. Restaurants and market hall just around the corner - but still a little away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The furnishings are functional and good. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Parking is about 200 meters walk.

The place was easy to find and very clean. Plus it's near the old port and shops, shops.

Stayed here for rugby game and appartment is very central to everything. Great views from roof top terrace and communication re location, checking in, keys, etc was excellent.

Very nice host. Accommodation near Puy du Fou 5-10min. Small convenience store on the way. I recommend it if you want to go to the park.

This was our second time staying at this place and as before we enjoyed the calm, amenities, proximity to the city while being in the countryside and the warmth of hospitality. Everything was perfect for our family meetup.

Swanny's small house is very clean, well-equipped, comfortable and incredibly quiet. We felt very comfortable right from the start. On our next visit to the area, we hope it will be free to rent it again.

We had a great weekend at Elsa and Grégoire's. The house is great, opens to the small garden which is very nice. Elsa made herself available very quickly and even dropped off some small wood to make a fireplace! Location, we'll be back!

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

La Fleur de sel is very well located, quiet while being close to the center of La Flotte. The house is spacious and bright, kitchen well equipped and different garden furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoor areas. We were texting with Daniel who was responding in a few minutes at the slightest of our requests. We had a pleasant stay.

Kevin was very responsive and helpful with questions. He greeted us and showed us how everything worked. He was very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room on the very large sofa for our family. The pool was beautiful and bigger than it looked on the photo. There was a safe hard pool cover which was good for children. The showers were very good quality. It was very spacious place to stay with walk in wardrobe and view of pool from main bedroom. Good amount of shade outside with big umbrella over table and outside awning. Outside area with pizza oven was nice extra. Kitchen was high quality. Very short walk to supermarket was convenient. Felt safe to cycle with children right from property. Property felt private and not overlooked at all. Could hear the sea at night and so many stars. Was nicely decorated but not personal so felt at home right away.

Communication with Sandrine was excellent. He let us in before check in. The perfect apartment for a family. A very quiet area and easy to park. Wonderful terrace, unfortunate not having enjoyed it in the rain. Walkable to downtown in 22 minutes, there is also bus nearby. A Carrefour is a 5-minute walk away. Overall we had a really good time thanks to this reservation and her host. Thank you Sandrine!

Well everything was perfect,the accommodation was perfect,nice and quiet ,nice bed,coffee pods available and bottle of water and bottle of orange juice Very nice city lots of shops and restaurants. Nice bicycle paths. Very nice area including Ile de Re beautiful villages. In summary,her was great.
