Vacation rentals in Vordonia

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent - walkable to town, but a little bit outside of it. There are lovely views from the second floor. The unit and the surroundings are well-kept. Value seemed very good. One thing that was somewhat unclear to me from the listing is that it's a two-unit building. The main downside of this is that I was occasionally able to hear voices through the wall. The pool is shared (which is fine, and I never encountered anyone there). Otherwise the location is quite private. Note: I didn't have any reason to see the second bedroom, which has its own entrance from the outside, but I have no reason to think that it's other than as advertised. All in all, a lovely spot, and a great value. I'd be very happy to stay again.

The perfect location, private and only a few minute drive into Gytheio with nearby beaches to stroll. The property was absolutely beautiful with potted flowers, a small garden and citrus trees. A gorgeous view on a private veranda overlooking the water in the distance, perfect for morning coffee. The space was cozy and very clean. Melina was very responsive to questions, making us feel very comfortable with our stay.

We stay in Leonidas’ place in Kalamata in May. Main purpose was to have a base place to visit this part of Peloponeso and it worked really well. Getting there is like entering into a fairy tale and relaxing corner out of the hustle of the roads and it was great to enjoy the terrace overlooking the olive trees while having dinner or breakfast in the nice terrace.The cabin is bigger than it seems and well equipped. Bed very comfortable and shower works well. There is a supermarket very close and also many restaurants around as the place is located at the end of the promenade which goes along the main beach from Kalamata. The access is a bit difficult at the beginning but once you get the instructions is then fine to access. Also great to have a place to leave the car safely and so close to the beach. Leonidas welcomed us and offered us some olive oil that was delicious. He provided plenty of tips and suggestions for our stay. This is definitely a place to come back.

Nice place, industrial style. Very functional every corner of it!!Beautiful veranda. Bed with very nice mattress. The towels were delicious!!!She had disposable slippers!!It has a blanket for snuggling on the couch..like home...Ah and a professional pistol and hand mirror, basic female accessories!! The stay was great, without any disturbance, quiet,convenient, warm, two steps from the beach!

Host was responsive and checking in and out was very easy. Place is as described. It's great that all bedrooms have attached bathrooms but a couple of the bathrooms were rather small. We were a group of 10 adult friends but if you have both adults and children up to 10 it will be very comfortable. The villa is located on a little hilltop so the sunset daily was so beautiful...nature at its best. We had 3 days of wedding reception, planned lunches, dinners and drinks nearby so the location is perfect for us. The drive downhill (parts of it along the beautiful coast) is about 30 minutes to town and 45 minutes to the airport. Excellent stay. Thanks Nikos.

The place has an excellent location. It can be reached directly from the street and you can park in front of the front door. You then have a beautiful view of the sea in the apartment and you can quickly reach it via an external staircase. This also leads to a nice path leading to the port of Kiveri and the restaurants. The accommodation itself was equipped with everything you need. Everything worked perfectly and we had a wonderful time there as a family. We would book there again anytime.

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Thanks for this short stay! :)

Great stay in an amazing place. The location was very convenient, the place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Totally recommend
