Beautiful LITTLE apartment of 45 m2 is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 min. walk from Koldinghus, and the city center. 7 km to Trapholt and about 45 min to Flensburg. The apartment has a SMALL bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room (140x200 cm), toilet/bathroom, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, oven and front yard. Most suitable for 2 people, (4 beds) if there are children with you, look at the pictures to see if it is something you can see yourself in, as it is decorated according to size and does not have blackout curtains in the living room by the sofa bed.

You will have your own entrance to the apartment. From the bedroom entrance to the TV room/kitchenette with the possibility of sleeping 2 people on the sofa bed. From the TV room, there is access to a private bathroom/toilet. There will be the opportunity to store things in a refrigerator with a small freezer. There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. Cold drinks can be purchased for DKK 5 and wine for DKK 35. Pay in cash or MobilePay.

Enjoy the tranquility of our old farm Thors, which dates back to 1630, in your own renovated apartment, with a private entrance. Separate bedroom, well-equipped kitchen. Close to nature, the beach and Skamlingsbanken. With only a 10-minute drive to Kolding city center. Easy to and from the highway, about 10 km. Opportunity to experience Kolding and the beautiful nature with walks and hikes around Skamlingsbanken. A trip to Hejlsminde is also recommended. Good bike paths right outside the door, which go all the way to Kolding.

Super cozy, spacious and functional house for the family with kids. Location on a closed residential road. The house has an associated large enclosed garden and cabin. Across the road, there are ball fields that are free to use. If you want to get into Kolding by bus, you can get on the bus 100 meters from the location of the house. The house is located in a less quiet town, a few km from Kolding centre. There are good shopping opportunities in the local Super Brugs, which is within walking distance of the house location.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

We've taken care of everything that makes it a nice place while making sure there's room for your stuff. There are lots of rooms and the possibility of extra bedding. Workspace with garden view. And then there's the coziest large conservatory with direct access to the garden. Here is a small garden pool with goldfish.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area.
