Cozy house on large plot in rural surroundings, the house is renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

Welcome greeting in the refrigerator and always tea and coffee available. Kitchen with everything you need. Bedroom with Kingsize bed. Living room with large sofa and TV rural idyll, local merchant (9-15). Only 5 minutes from the E45 highway and 10 min to Aabenraa Hospital Enjoy a quick break from the trip or save the trip home, midweek at work.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it There are fly screens on all plastic windows. The roof windows are not screened.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

The suite is NOT a 5-star hotel, but a small cozy home with WI-Fi located on the outskirts of Øster Lindet, close to Jels.
