Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vogorno

Carla’s place so so cute and cozy and had the best views. We felt right at home. She had super helpful instruction on check-in and listed several restaurants she recommended. We really liked Taverna Malanotte in Bellano. Also, the spa was great and was a highlight of our trip!

Claudio was an excellent host. He made every effort to make us feel at home during our stay. The view was incredible from the apartment. The bed was also comfortable. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen was very functional. As others have noted, the Airbnb is up on the hillside approximately a five minute drive from Varenna. I think it would be best to reach the space by car. I also think it would be very physically taxing to walk down and back to town, although we did not try. We had no issues driving into town.

We are a family with two kids (age 11 and 14) and we had a wonderful stay at Petra's place. The apartment is very well located. Within 3-5 min by walk are top restaurants, an excellent bakery, a supermarket, as well as public transports. Yet the place is very quiet. The apartment is conveniently located for both hiking (there are even trailheads at a few hundreds meters) and river activities. The apartment was sparkling clean, we felt right at home. Petra and Andrea are nice hosts, providing lots of useful tips (food, activities) but respect your privacy. They live on the ground floor. Definitely recommended! We would come back without hesitation.

From the moment we drove into the quaint medieval village of Osogna, to the realization that we were staying in an authentic Italian style ancient home,lovingly & simply renovated by this beautiful couple...we were so delighted! Spacious , light filled, great view of the piazza, distance hillsides...the villagers. We relaxed with Clara, our conversation was engaging and warm. She has a shop in the main floor where she sells handmade items, & fresh food made by the locals. You pay on the honor system. So old world and exactly what we were looking for. The apartment had all conveniences and Clara even offered a dry sauna...a few doors down. She grew up in Osogna and has a passion for revitalizing this amazing village. You won't be disappointed if you want a peaceful, small charming village feel, a few restaurants, ample walks, near the train to various nearby locations (Clara even gave us free passes). Church bells tolling ... All...encourages creativity. Thank you Clara & David🙏🏼❤️

We stayed at Stefania's place for one night in May, 2025 Regrettably we were only able to spend 2 days in Locarno as we would have loved to stay much longer. We travel a lot and Stefania's place is one of the top suites we have ever stayed at. Everything is perfect 👌 The suite has a well stocked kitchen, squeaky clean bathroom and a fantastic covered patio for you to enjoy. You could easily stay there for a long time since all the action is within walking distance including the lake. We can highly recommend this place and we know you'll be glad you did. The location was magnificent and fully equipped. Peter gave local recommendations, for example, about restaurants. The property is a short drive from the center of Como. Our party liked the accommodation.

We absolutely loved this place. What more can I say that hasn’t been said? The view is outstanding. You’re very high up the mountain. One morning we there was low lying clouds above the lake … and we were looking down on it from above the clouds. Clean and contemporary design, with a comfortable bed. You’ll need a car! The garage is very tight, so rent a smaller car. And getting there from Varenna involves a drive up a narrow winding road. It was fun drive … for me, at least.

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Beautiful house on the slopes. Amazing view from the house just like in the pictures. I thought the house looks much better than the pictures. Nicole was extremely kind but perhaps communication was a little affected by google translate but all is fixed since I had a Swiss friend. For ASEAN guests, please take note that the garbage bags are paid so usually they use 1 bag for the stay and please take note of the trash organisation instructions on the kitchen bar. - This has nothing to do the owner but a cultural difference good to note. The place is wonderful and the kids (Swiss and Asian) all loved the play area. Superb! Highly recommended.

Spectacular scenery and beautifully designed property

Doris informed us in a timely and complete manner and welcomed us in the friendliest way. The studio is at the bottom of a hillside house with a private entrance and a very large, very well-kept garden, with wonderful views of the lake and several opportunities to linger. The car can be parked 5 meters in front of the door, which is a rarity in Ticino, but extremely practical. The studio is small as described, but very modern, extremely well and fully furnished and very clean. The windows are triple glazed, which further supports the tranquility in the quiet area. Walking paths from the house are available, although occasionally a little steep, the excursion possibilities to the lake or in the Ticino valleys are almost unlimited and easily accessible. Shops such as Lidl, Migros, etc. are within walking distance, it just goes down or up. All in all, a great studio with a very lovely hostess. Thank you, Doris.

We were on vacation with two teenagers and enjoyed the time very much. Very spacious accommodation with a spectacular view. There was everything that made the family vacation easier. Excursions to the surrounding area are very possible because of a convenient location. Had a great time despite the rain. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We had the pleasure of spending a wonderful week at this place and felt comfortable from the first moment. Serge proved to be an outstanding host, not only extremely friendly and likeable, but also extraordinarily helpful and always committed to our well-being. Right after our arrival, Serge took the time for a detailed house tour and gave us valuable insider tips for the area. His recommendations for restaurants where to dine well, as well as for interesting activities and worth seeing excursions were helpful. The view from the property was breathtaking. A special highlight was the hot tub, which was just the place to relax after an eventful day. We are sure this was not our last visit with Serge and in his fantastic accommodation. We can fully recommend this place and Serge as a host!

We really enjoyed a nice Mom/daughter weekend here, with beautiful, scenic view, walks and Bernhards place was a magical place to stay, close enough to everything you need but perfectly hidden from buzz and business.

Amazing apartment with the best view lugano has to offer! Raffaela was soo nice and even offered some snacks and a welcome drink :) the bus station is close but also has some parking space for a small fee in front of the apartment. definitely recommend staying there!

Located in a fantastically beautiful location – ideal for relaxing. Andrea and Raffi were very warm, wonderfully uncomplicated and helpful, we felt welcome from the first moment. Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished, you can tell that a lot of heart is put into it. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Our stay at Claudio’s apartment was absolutely perfect. Great location, just a short walk from the train station. The view from the windows is breathtaking, and the apartment itself is spotless, modern, and super well-equipped—nothing was missing. It’s so cozy and enjoyable, we often just wanted to stay in. All the appliances are up to date and very easy to use. Claudio was an amazing host—responsive, helpful, flexible, and always available. He explained everything clearly and even gave great local recommendations. We truly felt like we were in good hands from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Como. This place is a gem!
