House vacation rentals in Vodnjan

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

We would definitely come back! Everything was there that you could need and more!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Wonderful location. Quiet and beautiful scenery. Goran was very welcoming and helped us organize a truffle hunting experience, which was a highlight from our trip. Highly recommend and would return.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We were from in Aug. /Sept. 14 days at Melani's. The place has everything you need. Only salt, pepper, oil were missing. Beautifully located as a starting point. The fridge with ice cube dispenser was our salvation with the temperatures. There is an extra fridge. The apartment is lovingly furnished. There is air conditioning in the living-dining room. It also cools the kitchen and a piece of hallway. In the bedrooms, however, it is very warm, but you know that when you go to Croatia in August. The beds are clean and comfortable. Small note: in the kitchen you could add egg cups and cereal / salad bowls. The rustic, quaint wooden bench is also huge for eating for six people. However, after ten days, I didn't want to sit on it anymore, because my butt hurt quite a bit. I'd prefer a normal garden set. But the place with a nice pool and garden is clearly recommended. What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

First of all, thanks for everything! We rented the house for a week and are very, very excited. It has everything you need and more. The house is perfectly located. You have your peace and privacy and yet you can drive to the beach or restaurants in just 3-4 minutes. The pool is absolutely great. Get up in the morning and cool off briefly for the first time before going to the beach! It is cleaned once a week by arrangement with Danijel. The house is fully equipped. Two refrigerators, microwave, coffee maker or even a washing machine. For us, the bed for our daughter was very great. A super crib and very warmly prepared. About the hosts. Very, very friendly and communicative! We really appreciated the contact! Check-in and check-out were quick and painless. Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

We had a great time staying with Solidea in Vodnjan. The house is centrally located directly behind the main square and you can explore the whole place on foot and shop. The house itself is very stylishly furnished and you immediately feel very comfortable. Everything was super clean and there is nothing missing in terms of amenities. Since there are 4 floors, everyone can also retreat, which is always necessary for a family of four. The house is very quiet and you can have a nice breakfast on the terrace in the morning or have a wine in the evening. The air conditioning can easily bear the summer temperatures and you sleep very well in the beds. The house is a perfect retreat after a beach day. Vodjnan's strategic location is very good for all activities. I can recommend the house 100%, we could not have found it better. Who is looking for peace, style and class is just right at Solidea.

It's a really nice, modern, very-well equipped and spacious house with a great price. It's awesome that there is a pool and grill/bbq spot outside, many ACs inside, and enough bathrooms. In spite of these, the internet connection was very slow, sometimes we didn't have hot water in the bathrooms. Also, the hosts spoke German only, while our German skills are not that good.

My friends and I had an unforgettable vacation and villas at Robert's. beautiful spacious house, large bedroom with bathrooms, beautifully decorated area around the house, a pool that the kids didn't want to leave even in the rain. The villa provides all the amenities and amenities to spend beautiful moments in the air. Outstanding local wine and an unforgettable strawberry cake we received from the hosts. It's still evaporating 😉 we will come back and recommend to anyone who does not go to Croatia only to lie on the beach. The location in a small beautiful village for us was a shot at 10tke. Quick and easy access to larger cities, and peace and quiet on a daily basis and a beautiful area where children moved freely on bikes! climatically, homely, a little rural, and comfortable and at a high level. Robert and the whole host family are fantastic people who want to come back to. Thank you again for a wonderful time ! Hope to see you again in the future. Recommended for everyone

We highly recommend Michele's place! The house is beautifully located with magnificent views of beautiful olive trees in the garden and the heated pool. Also with the amenities in the house everything was available and it was very clean! We felt very comfortable in the area and our host Michele was very friendly and helped us immediately with any questions. Pula was only 10 minutes away by car. There you can also do a lot and there are wonderful beaches.

We had a nice week in Biba's beautiful house. It has a very special charm, also thanks to the matching furnishings. Of course, you have to consider that it is an old house, i.e. a few animals here and there, cooler and darker. Unfortunately, we were not quite as lucky with the weather, which is why we could not use the beautiful garden so intensively and spent more time in the house. With a crawling baby, the house proved to be not very suitable, as the stone floor is simply too cool. The place is very very small, so there is not much to see, but if you are looking for peace, just the right thing. The location as a whole is perfect for activities in all directions. The kitchen is also very well equipped (much more than usual), so you can cook relaxed. Communication with Biba was very good and also her daughter, who was there for the key handover, is very nice.

I have stayed with my partner in the apartment for 4 days and has been a very nice experience. The place is very quiet, clean, with all the needed amenities to feel like at home. The garden is very beautiful and you can enjoy slow breakfasts by the trees. Gordana has been super helpful and caring of any needs we should have. Thank you!! Highly recommended
