Villa vacation rentals in Vlorë

L' alloggio è risultato rispondente a quanto visibile nelle foto; Klarita, nonostante l' infortunio subito, ha sempre risposto in maniera tempestiva . La strada di accesso è una strada rurale, un po' accidentata in alcuni tratti, ma non abbiamo avuto alcuna difficoltà a raggiungere l' alloggio. La vista sul golfo è spettacolare, dalla terrazza si godono tramonti straordinari. Pregevole la climatizzazione in ogni stanza e ben tre servizi igienici con doccia, ed il principale fornito di bidet che per noi italiani è fondamentale, Brava Klarita! Consigliato per chi voglia trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla, lontana dal caos cittadino, e che in pochi minuti ha la possibilità di rilassarsi a bordo mare con lettino ed ombrellone ad un prezzo super vantaggioso.

Grandi complimenti a Samantha e ai genitori di Samantha. Persone eccezionali, sempre disponibili e simpatiche. consiglio? per qualunque problema parlate sempre con loro che aiutano sempre per qualunque cosa. Grazie infinite. Tornerei molte molte altre volte in quell'allogio.

Good house. It was off season so the nearby area felt a little quiet (and there was too much rubbish) but the weather was nice, the orange trees were full of fruit and it was very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend staying here! the place is beautiful and right next to the beach. Exactly like the pictures. We had a couple of small inconveniences but they were always willing to help and solved everything really fast :)

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Ardi’s. It is located in a gated community complex on the pristine Green Coast. The place was clean, new furnishings and spacious - great bathrooms as well. There was ample parking and outdoor space. About 5 minutes walk to the beaches with a super clean public beach and about 7-10 beach clubs lined along the coast. The beach had some of the clearest waters I’ve ever been in and waters were relatively calm. Pebble beaches so water shoes are recommended. We came in September a little outside of peak season so some of the restaurants were closed/didn’t have all food available - but it’s a developing area (lots of new complexes and shops being built) so I’m sure will get busier/lively as time goes by even in off season. You could rent a golf cart or there are golf cart shuttles available if you have accessibility issues (my grandma can’t walk very far) to get to the beaches. Ardi was very responsive and helpful when communicating. Great stay.

We - my family and I - spent one week in Villa Kadara and enjoyed our stay to the fullest! The house is beautiful, so is the pool area and its stunning view. It‘s a steep car ride up to the house, but manageable - and the reason for the view! ;) Mihal was supernice and uncomplicated, he answered fast and made nice suggestions for local restaurant - if you‘re there go visit taverna fevan, AMAZING <3 - also the stuff which came cleaning every day, all very nice people! Def recommended, from all our family!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,appartamento perfettamente come in foto , tutto nuovo e pulito , piscina del complesso fantastica. Conoscevo già la zona per questo l’abbiamo scelta e ne vale la pena, vicinissimo a supermercati e ristoranti inoltre a due passi al marina bay . Area sorvegliata privata e tranquilla . L’unica piccola cosa che avrei da considerare sono i condizionatori che perdono un po’ d’acqua, ma niente di che non gli abbiamo dato neanche peso in quanto funzionavano perfettamente . Soddisfatti

this unit had a wonderful set up with a small pool and spa. Short walk to the beach, really relaxing and plenty of room for all of us. Teuta was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling here.

This place was a gem. The pool is amazing and well cared for. There was more than enough space for our family of five. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The only thing to consider is if there is some construction in the area which didn’t bother us as we had a car and went to a few beaches/towns nearby.

Siamo un gruppo di 6 amici e siamo stati ospiti in questa struttura. L’esperienza è stata più che positiva, l’alloggio era davvero comodo pulito e spazioso. La zona è tranquilla si può riposare senza alcun problema ma se si vuole movida bisogna raggiungere Valona che dista a 15 minuti di auto. In zona ci sono ottimi ristoranti e mini market. Il mare è stupendo la sera si possono ammirare dei bellissimi tramonti, l’accesso al mare è privato ma non c’è spiaggia solo una piccola piattaforma di roccia dove si può fare il bagno in tutta tranquillità. Il residence ha anche un’ampia piscina di acqua salata in comune con gli altri alloggi però mai affollata e abbiamo sempre trovato disponibili lettini e ombrelloni. L’host sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Nel complesso la consiglio a tutti soprattutto alle famiglie. È stata una bellissima vacanza grazie a tutto lo staff soprattutto ad Atanasio. Our extended family (8 total) had a wonderful time in Dhermi. The villa is ideally located within a short walk to the beach. The villa itself is an end until, which made the stay even more private, especially while enjoying the pool. The kids loved using the pool when it was too hot to be in the beach, and even more so in the evening. The house has all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay. Several great restaurant options nearby with Mediterranean cuisine, many of which also deliver to the villa for just €1. The beach has one assigned umbrella to the villa, but during our stay (weekdays) there were other open umbrellas that the residence employees can help you use for the day. Nicolas was highly responsive before and during our stay and ensured that we had all our questions answered and provided several local recommendations. Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Dhermi.
