Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vitré

We had a great time, the place is perfect! Very comfortable bedding, very clean accommodation, well maintained. Isabelle was there to welcome us, and flexible arrival, thank you very much. We'll be happy to go back! Everything you need on site, no complaints.

An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Everything was perfect. Jean Pierre's apartment was very pleasant to live in. Jean Pierre responded quickly to our questions. It was a great time at Jean Pierre's, I highly recommend it.

I stayed for a few days, I should have stayed longer to enjoy more of what Rennes has to offer. The accommodation is close to the centre, restaurants, the metro, the TGV and bus station. I used this is an easy base, to visit Mont Saint Michel. I would come back!

Our stay went perfectly, the apartment is even better in person than in the pictures! Like a hotel but with a little warm touch, with all the necessary equipment for any type of traveler (complete baby equipment and of very good quality). Didier is an attentive and very caring host. The apartment is located in the middle of Janzé, everything is within walking distance!

Very nice accommodation with sheets that smell very good, the apartment is well located. I highly recommend it.

Listing is as described. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to Cesson-Sévigné where our son lives and near Rennes. Cédric is very responsive to the requests we submitted to him. Everything was perfect for a week.

We had a lovely stay at Claudine's. The accommodation was very clean and very well-equipped. Welcome gift (cider and brioche) as well as jam and butter, tea, powdered chocolate, oil and vinegar and so on. Great value for the price By way of comparison, we are in another Airbnb tonight that is much more expensive and equipped with coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, period! And no heating anywhere. Claudine is very friendly and took the time to chat with us. I would recommend without a second thought.

Had a wonderful experience and would have loved to stay longer. Would not look anywhere else if I were to come back

We were very well taken care of from our arrival to our departure and very well hosted. The accommodation was quite suitable for our family and all the more so with the 2 small children and the toys that remained at our disposal. Clean and functional accommodation, perfectly meeting our expectations.

Séverine’s house is an extremely well appointed residence. The accommodation has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is set in a very peaceful and beautiful rural area. The pretty village of La Baconnière is only a short drive away, where you will find an excellent restaurant/bar, a boulangerie and a small grocery shop. I would definitely recommend a stay at Séverine’s place!

Reservation for one month. Great location, parking spot is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
