House vacation rentals in Virpazar

We loved our stay at Marijanas villa! The pool area was so relaxing and the space was very clean and modern. The views were beautiful and the host was responsive and helpful. I would say the only issue is that the Villa is right at the top of a very very steep hill so we had to get taxis every time we went anywhere. However the views from the villas were well worth it. Very relaxing and would 100% stay again. Thank you

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Bodin est très réactif et disponible. C’est vraiment appréciable !!! La proximité de la mer et l’équipement des espaces extérieurs sont de vrais atouts pour cette location.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

The space is absolutely gorgeous. We were a large family of two adults, three children and a baby - a slight squeeze but we knew we would be outside the entire time and were prepared for a smaller living space. The space contains everything you need for a self-catering stay including fuel for the BBQ and basic staples. Sara is easy going and communication was perfect.

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Проживали вчетвером 6 дней в прекрасном просторном доме . Хозяин дома Стефан встретил нас у автостанции и любезно довез до дома. Дом нас очень впечатлил, все фото соответствуют описанию. Красивый декор на стенах, прекрасная терасса, на территории есть мангальная зона и растущий виноград. Очень дружелюбная соседка и милые котики в округе. Тихий район и прекрасный вид на горы и море. Учитывайте, что к дому ведёт дорога в гору, что может быть проблемой для пожилых. Но нам это не доставляло трудностей. Поблизости автостанция и Ж.Д. вокзал. До моря примерно 10 минут ходьбы. К сожалению, на третий день пропал Wi-Fi. Стефан обещал уладить эту проблему, однако проблема не была устранена. Возможно, что в этом не была вина хозяина. В целом, мы остались очень довольны проживанием в доме Стефана. Рядом с автовокзалом находятся 2 продуктовых магазина (Voli, Franca) и небольшой рынок. Могу порекомендовать кафе Kafana Kuzina, там достаточно низкие цены и вкусно.

We loved our stay! Amazing updated place right on the water. Gorgeous views and well furnished. Walkable to a few little markets and restaurants:) Would love to come back again!

Mima and Neda’s Airbnb was the perfect rustic, mountain getaway. It was tucked away above Kotor, you will need a car to get to and from, but still close enough to drive to nice restaurants and activities. I loved Mima’s communication. We got a little lost headed to the Airbnb, but Mima was very responsive and helped us the whole way. You are definitely getting a rustic experience, our daughter loved playing in the back yard.

The home was nice and cozy. Ideal for two people. Hosts are friendly and helpful. We also took a boat tour with Ivan, which I would wholeheartedly recommend, because it is very beautiful and worth the money. Overall we had a great time, I would recommend it, but be prepared, you will need a car to get to places.

Super beau logement. Location très bien pour se promener entre Perast et facilement accessible pour se rendre à Kotor. Un petit peu bruyant à l’extérieur avec les voiture, mais la magnifique vue fait oublier les petits bruits. Satisfaite de ce logement, je recommande!

Paulina is great host and her apartment truly follows the spirit of the of the old town. It is undeniably great place to stay in Budva if not the best. We didn’t have any problems with check in and checkout, Paulina was always responding and giving explicit instructions when needed. Parking is just outside of the old town near hotel, it is very easy to get from there even with luggage, for tourists costs 15€ per day (need to tell at parking counter that you stay 2 days and more, otherwise it’s 45€ per 24 hours). This information about parking is not common and was not covered in comments properly, so I felt it is useful to have it here. Apartment is in the heart of the old town, we strongly recommend to wake up early in the morning and go out before 8am to see the place without tourists, it’s truly amazing. Just under the Paulina’s apartment there is a shop with craft souvenirs, we found it outstanding, paintings of old town by local Balkan artist. Dmitry, Albina and 2 naughty boys!

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

Absolutely stunning location, wonderful views and plenty of space for our party of 3. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Wij zijn hier 5 jaar geleden al eerder geweest. De locatie aan het water is overweldigend mooi. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. De woning is opgesplitst in twee losse units. je deelt de locatie dus met andere huurders. Wij vonden dit geen probleem. Wij hebben alleen maar leuke mensen ontmoet. Ik hoop nog eens een keer terug te komen!

By far the best Air bnb and host we have EVER had. Period. Not only was the place amazing with a great view, Radmila always responded to any of our questions within minutes and even gave us a full list of spots to go with inside tips on how to navigate the town. I cannot recommend this place and host enough - everything was great!
