Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. The old farmhouse was modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets, as well as an updated bathroom, new flooring in the living room, and a wood-burning stove. The house includes a spacious garden living room as well as a large garden with a lovely west-facing terrace. The house is within cycling distance to both the beach, forest and several historical attractions.

The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.

Holiday apartment by the Fjord

Total renovated holiday apartment of 130 m2 located in the village of Kvols, located at Hjarbæk Fjord. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the old hay loft on a former country estate. Everything was replaced and renovated in 2012, only the visible ceiling beams are kept. It has beautiful views from the apartment. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, this can be purchased.

It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the terrace all the way around allows you to always find a corner with sun and shade. Bright property with room for many.

Really nice holiday home located in a quiet setting. Great for children, as there is a large playroom of 140 m2. The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. In 2007, 240 m2 was renovated, and it is this section that we will let you stay in. The whole place is heated with underfloor heating.

Close to the center, but quiet neighborhood.

My place is close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of the light, the surroundings, the outdoor area. It is about 1500 meters to the city center and pedestrian street. Approximately 3000 meters to marina, beach and forest. My place is good for singles, couples and couples with children (max. 3) and business travelers.
