Apartment vacation rentals in Villette, Paris

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

Everything has been perfect from start to finish. I really emphasize the fact that everything was arranged to make the experience the best. Paris is always a complicated city when it comes to finding a place to spend the night, but in Miguel's apartment everything was ideal, warm, comfortable and at a good price. I highly recommend it and I think that the next time I come back to Paris I will stay at this same Airbnb.

We stayed 3 nights, one of which we ate takeout pizza in the apartment. Nearby there are many nightclubs and the metro is 200 meters away. Before you get to the subway, there is a very nice and inexpensive pastry shop for breakfast.

Marie was a kind and thoughtful host with quick communication and clear instructions. Apartment is in a lively, interesting area with lots of students and young families and makes a change from more 'polished' areas of the city. Very conveniently located for everywhere. Apartment was comfortable, spacious and attractive. 3 floors up made it pretty peaceful too. Recommended.

Communication with Anne-Charlotte was smooth. We felt very comfortable in the spacious and very well-equipped apartment, which is really the home of the landlady and her family. The location is great: close to Gare de l'Est, metro, bakeries, supermarket and nice restaurants.

Laura was a wonderful host! She reached out to me with details and what to expect prior to check in and then waited for me at the apartment to help make sure everything went smoothly. She was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern and was incredibly attentive to detail. The Airbnb itself was so cute. I loved the location and found it a much more local and laid back atmosphere than that of the more touristy locations. I would go back in a heartbeat.

An amazing apartment! Extraordinary volumes, light all day, furnishings and decor in the best taste and very rich in various objects. The neighborhood, lively, soothes towards the apartment and the nights are very quiet. Having to work during my stay, it was a very pleasant moment with the spoof of choice to choose sin's workstation. Perfect setting! And thank you to Sarah for her kindness, great availability and flexibility, so rare today...

Talia’s home was comfortable with a great vibe. She was very clear with communication as well as helpful with having someone meet us to show us around when we arrived at a late hour. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Compact but very clean

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is everything you need for a short trip. The public transport connection is great and we were very happy about the tips from Elisa and Thomas. The location is ideal - the apartment is well located, some bars/cafes/restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We definitely recommend the apartment and we enjoyed it very much:) Thank you!

Excellent welcome by Yannick, the instructions are clear. The proposed apartment responds to the letter to the description that is given in the listing, but we don't realize how well thought out the layout of the apartment is, everything is in its place, you don't feel right there. Yannick took care to leave us room in his cabinets to unpack our suitcases. Located 50m from a metro station, it is the ideal spot to visit Paris, and the underground parking space is very accommodating, really reassuring for the car. The building is well kept and secure. We had a pleasant little week there with our two children.

Teddy was very responsive and helpful in regards to check in/out and he even let us store our luggages in the storeroom to enable us to roam freely before our trip back. Would book again :)

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely place. It is cosy, comfortable and located just outside the metro station in a street with everything one needs like shops, restaurants and pubs. Perfect place for someone who prefers staying away from the crowded city centre. Thank you Louise!

Sophie’s Shoebox in the sky is a special gift to visitors to Paris. The 19th Arr. is a perfect escape from the tourist hoods of Paris. To ‘live like a local’ in a quiet, sensitively designed apartment where the amenities and views are perfect & close to the metro, best food and the stunning park makes a Paris experience a unique and treasured experience. We had a lovely four-night stay at Martine's place. We loved the view from the terrace, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our breakfast every morning. It is an excellent location if you want to stay in Montmartre during your stay in Paris.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

We had a wonderful stay at Xavier’s place. It is located in the nicest area and all the locals around were so friendly. Tons of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking outside, you are almost immediately able to see Notre Dame which is a short 5 minute walk. As far as the home goes, it was ver comfortable and the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Xavier for the wonderful stay!

Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location for public transport. Good range of local shops and bars, with lovely patisserie and boulangeries in the area. The apartment is on the third floor, which keeps you fit, but that means you can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window.

Great apartment. Ramo was very helpful and immediately available if needed. The apartment has everything you need and the jacuzzi and sauna were great added extras and exactly as described. A great way to relax in the midst of being a typical tourist in Paris.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place.
