This beautiful and large house participated greatly in making these few days with family very successful! vast and very pleasant interior with its beautiful fireplace that we used well... extremely well-equipped kitchen where we loved to cook, a great sound system for music, board games available, great bedding ... and above all we particularly appreciated the huge and beautiful garden ( park, very nice night lighting) where there is everything you need to chill, for lunch, with a very nice bocce court where we laughed! The pool should be great in summer with its location in the heart of nature. So it's a beautiful place to spend a stay in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere! Thanks to Christella who kindly welcomed us and Frédéric for the speed of communication.

Highly recommended if you want a peaceful and quiet stop over when travelling through France. Pet friendly and welcoming. Thanks again.

Stéphanie is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house is very well maintained with a very nice decoration . You will find everything you need for a great stay and I had forgotten homemade brioche and jam. I highly recommend it if you have to stay near Auxerre.

Beautiful little house on 3 floors, in a courtyard, quiet. Clean accommodation and relative host. We recommend.

We rented the place for friends passing through the area. The apartment is large and enjoyable. The environment was quiet. Salomé received us very well.

Adorable place, I can truly recommend, but during my stay there was a problem with the heating and it was constantly fired up to the maximum level

Great place to stay for access to the forest. Easy to find and check in was easy. Host was very quick to respond to queries and was very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived before the pool was open but we would have used it if we could and it were a bit warmer. Rooms were clean and a good size. Kitchen is a little small but we managed to cook for us all okay. Regret not using the sauna but amazing that it were there.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! I booked this house for my friend's EVJF, and it went great! The hosts were extremely available and responsive to help me with my preparatory questions in advance. Then, on site, we had all the comforts and cleanliness to be able to enjoy the weekend! You can book this gem without a second thought!!

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

We had a lovely weekend with friends, in this beautiful house. All the amenities are quality and add a real plus to this place. The rooms are cozy. The exteriors are very nice and peaceful. I would recommend it in a second.

The pool is very nice and heated and there are plenty of amenities to do activities in: ping pong, badminton, foosball, board games, etc. Anne and her husband are absolutely adorable and attentive. Don't hesitate to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or other. The house and its facilities offered us a haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before going to relax in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire site which for me was a real favorite! In short, go for it!

We were looking for a quiet place in the countryside for a family moment. We found it😊. We enjoyed the greenery around us and the amenities. Esseline was flexible on the arrival schedule and we thank her for that. Even though it appears in the photo, the stairs are steep and you have to be careful 😊

No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

We were only passing through for 1 night in the cottage but enjoyed the calm and the welcome that Catherine and Philippe gave us despite this short stay. The cottage is as described, with its 3 beds located in the same room, possibility of having breakfast at an additional cost but it was worth it: very good and hearty. Thanks Catherine and Philippe!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

We had a fantastic time at Richard's place. perfect place to relax amongst the beautiful landscape. He was highly responsive and sent through plenty of information. it was the perfect escape after a busy period.

We had a wonderful time at Rémi and Catherine's little flat. If you come for bouldering a lot of great spots are just a few minutes' drive away and you have a small boulangerie accessible on foot where you can stock up on delicious baguette to take to the rocks with you! On a rainy day the flat is very cozy and you can go on small hikes to explore the beautiful village and the adjacent forest.
