Laure and Julien were very welcoming and considerate towards us from the time of our booking and throughout our stay. The house is very pleasant to stay in, super well-equipped, and very well insulated. The environment is really peaceful. The children enjoyed the large garden (with swings and a cabin) and the river surroundings. The dishes offered are very good, the cuisine is refined and well presented. Steven even adapted to my gluten-free diet without a problem. And the cherry on top, a stove in the middle of the living room that warms hearts ♥️

Hayet was an exceptional host, always available and attentive throughout our stay. His warm welcome and kindness really made a difference. Once again, thank you for everything!

Would recommend Gildas’ place without a shadow of doubt … a lovely apartment exactly as described , very clean and tidy. It is very close to the medieval city but is also in a quiet side street so no noise from the tourist hustle … close to restaurants and only 10 min walk from La Bastide … very well located , super apartment and Gildas was a great host … a real gem !

We had a very nice week in this secluded, quiet cottage with an amazing view. Our hosts were present and discreet, just what was needed. The accommodation is spacious and well-equipped.

We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

Such a lovely space. Very small, and tiny spiral staircase up to the bed. But so convenient, amazing view up to the castle, lovely atmosphere. Mt second stay now. Wonderful

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

Functional house, certainly very old but we had everything we needed, perfect for a family. Ideal location for visiting the area in a pretty little very quiet village. Very cute little garden, and very warm hosting by Geneviève.

Cédric's house is great, swimming pool, petanque court, ping pong table, BBQ, everything is there to have a good time! The house is large with all the equipment needed to have a good stay. Accessible by train then 30 min walk along the Canal du Midi (or 4 min drive from the train station) is a big plus

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Amazing location, charming comfortable 18C house with somewhat quirky decor. The house has two terraces facing south east. One overlooks the River valley and the other in the garden with spring flowers in bloom. Would return in spring any year. Nathalie is a responsive caring host who was always available.

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Very pleasant stay in this nice, well-equipped and well-appointed house. The subdivision is very quiet, the garden very pleasant, we were able to enjoy good moments of relaxation in this house. Host hosts are very responsive and available. We were hosted very well. I recommend it!

We were a party of three who recently had a most enjoyable holiday in Karlolina's house. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lovely garden. The village is charming- it was very quiet in early May but I'm sure it is much busier in the height of summer. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including Carcassonne (very busy) and a handful of the many Cathar castles in the region. Our tour and tasting at the local vinegar producer was very interesting.

Our large family of 9 had a wonderful stay, the house was perfect for us with plenty of space inside & out. Jennifer cooked us a fabulous meal when we arrived, delicious and beautifully presented. The swimming pool was the highlight of our holiday - thank you so much for sharing with us! Both Jennifer and Arnaud are very friendly and extremely helpful, would love to return sometime.

The house is incredible, and not far from the medieval city by car. They sorted us out a bbq which was super incredible. There is no wifi there but I think that was a good thing to all disconnect for the weekend. Would defo recommend such a beautiful place.
