A Savonnières, situé dans le périmètre du Val de Loire, classé au Patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. En plein coeur de la région des châteaux de la Loire, dans un village de charme. Le logement est neuf, situé dans une dépendance de notre maison. Cuisine équipée (plaques, four, frigo, machine à café... et machine à laver le linge), canapé lit pour deux personnes, un troisième couchage pour un enfant peut être ajouté, TV, salle de bain avec douche. Le studio est décoré comme notre maison, c'est à dire un mélange d'industriel, de récup avec quelques touches originales. Nos visiteurs pourront bénéficier du jardin, de son salon, du barbecue, de nos vélos et aussi de nos bavardages (restos, visites, vins...). Nous serons ravis de vous aider pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour dans la région des châteaux de la Loire. Notre maison n'est pas desservie par les transports en commun. Aussi, elle est plutôt adaptée aux cyclotouristes ou aux voyageurs véhiculés. Voici quelques idées d'activités à faire à proximité : découverte de la Loire à Vélo, visite des Chateaux de Villandry, d'Azay le Rideau.... Commerces de proximité dans le village.

Logement très propre et très agréable. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur. Les propriétaires vivent à côté mais ça ne pose aucun problème. Ils sont discrets et tout est fait pour que chacun puisse avoir son indépendance. Nous conseillons sans restriction. MERCI MARION.

We verbleven in een knus huis omgeven door veel groen in een bijzondere landschapstuin. We hebben ervaren dat Patrick het belangrijk vindt dat zijn gasten het echt naar hun zin hebben. Elke ochtend bracht hij ons vers brood. Bij aankomst vonden we in de koelkast melk, boter, eieren, spekjes en water. Op tafel een fles wijn. We hebben het heerlijk gehad in deze mooie omgeving en waren graag nog langer dan 8 dagen gebleven!!

Notre séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. Nos enfants âgés de 11 ans (et nous même) ont adoré l'endroit, en particulier les structures extérieures avec une piscine très grande dans laquelle ils se sont follement amusés. L'endroit est très sympathique, nos hôtes ont été très gentils et très hospitaliers. Bel environnement, le village est très sympathique, pour les amateurs de tranquillité et d'authenticité. A découvrir ! ps : nous avons adoré les pizzas que proposent les propriétaires du bar du village :-)

Super appartement pour passer le weekend à Tours ! Les hôtes sont très arrangeants : Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et ce assez tardivement ce qui n’a pas du tout posé problème (mais pensez à prévenir quand même!). Il a aussi été possible que nous laissions nos affaires le dernier jour car personne après dans l’appart. Le quartier est top, très central sans être bruyant. Logement impeccable, tout est super propre et confortable. Petite terrasse ensoleillée pour boire le café le matin 👌 Recommandé sans hésitation !

Dominique was very welcoming and helped carry our bags up to the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The location was convenient for access to the old town and free parking nearby. We think our baby woke up the next door neighbour in the middle of the night, which we are sorry about 🫣 but we would stay again if Dominique would have us!
