Very quiet place, large apartment, very cozy and a few kilometers from Oviedo.

From the time we booked the accommodation, Maria was very approachable, she gave us the keys personally, she was very kind, she explained everything perfectly and contact with her was very smooth and fast. The house is spectacular, very tidy, very clean, sheets and towels with a pleasant smell and the house had everything you need to make a perfect stay. We still have things to see, so we will definitely contact Maria again.

The accommodation is very rural and quiet is completely newly renovated and has full kitchen equipment. Everything was very clean and well prepared. The washing machine and dryer work perfectly. We were there for 4 days and would come back anytime.

Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for your stay. A very positive point is the parking space they have. Oviedo's downtown is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Undoubtedly, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

We stayed 4 nights in April-May in Rico and Diana's apartment, which is centrally located in Oviedo. We found the communication and especially the personal reception and farewell by Diana very good. She is very nice and helpful. The location of the apartment is very good, you have a large supermarket at your doorstep as well as many other shops and cafes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town. Nearby is also a cider house, Casa Muñiz, which we highly recommend because of its rustic atmosphere. The apartment has almost everything you need for a short stay. We can recommend them.

Super spacious and well located apartment. Some things were missing, like dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent... as we traveled by car, it was not a problem for us to have to buy what was needed. But for those traveling by plane/public transport, it should not be economical to have to spend money on things that they cannot take later. Gustavo is an excellent host.
