Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa del Parque

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Desde el primer momento estuvo super atenta a cualquier consulta, en cualquier cosa que necesitábamos ella daba mucho más del 100%, el check in y check out tuvo una flexibilidad que estaré agradecido siempre, en cuanto al apartamento, simplemente hermoso, tiene todo lo que necesitas, limpio, con una terraza hermosa, no nos hizo falta absolutamente nada, la ubicación inmejorable, tenes el subte a dos cuadras, y te puedes mover por toda la ciudad con facilidad, mis expectativas ya eran altas y aún así logró superarlas por mucho. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no hay que buscar más, cuando vuelva a la ciudad sin duda esta es mi primera y única opción, Gracias Maria! Sos una crack!

realmente es uno de los mejores dptos que he alquilado. detalles de primera calidad y realmente precio calidad es excelente. realmente super recomendable todo. limpieza, confort, modernidad, la zona esta llena de comercios para comprar lo que quieras. el acceso a la cochera impecable. el gran patio que tiene para disfrutar. felicitaciones

Bello apartamento en zona muy tranquila y fácil de transitar con muchos lugares cerca, el Movistar Arena a 15 min caminando. Leandro muy agradable, buena onda y atento, Muy agradecidos con todo.

Rubén fue muy acogedor y servicial durante nuestras dos estancias en su casa en avril y mayo. Es muy atento, muy amable y preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Nos sentimos como en casa. Great venue for a large group in a fun neighborhood

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Pesquisei bastante onde ficar em Palermo e garanto, não poderia ter feito melhor escolha . Anfitriões super solícitos e simpáticos, apto com tudo necessário, limpo, organizado e super comportável , além do bairro charmoso e muito seguro. Recomendadíssimo. Meu muito obrigado ao casal 🙏🏻❤️

Este alojamiento es perfecto para estadías cerca del Movistar Arena. El departamento está ubicado a tres cuadras del estadio, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Es en PB por lo que cuenta con un patio ideal para disfrutar durante el día. El lugar es amplio, bien iluminado y tiene un garage ideal para autos chicos. El baño principal es super generoso y cuenta también con cocina equipada completamente y lavadero. La comunicación con María fue siempre muy fluida, esto es clave por cualquier duda que pueda ocurrir durante la estadía. A pesar de que no es una zona que se caracterice por tener muchísimos bares o restaurantes, a unas cuadras tiene el bodegón Los Bohemios que es un 10, y varias cafeterías a distancia peatonal. Sin dudas volveremos!

El departamento es muy cómodo, amplio y cuenta con todas las comodidades (TV, microondas, heladera, mobiliario, todo en muy buen estado). Se encuentra muy bien conectado. Un punto adicional a favor que nos resultó, es que el edificio cuenta con seguridad las 24 hs. Estuvimos un par de semanas y nos sentimos muy a gusto. Sumamente recomendable. Párrafo aparte para la atención de Anabella durante toda la estancia, muy atenta a todas las necesidades que pudiésemos tener, siempre disponible y con una comunicación muy rápida en todos nuestros intercambios. La atención fue de primera, el departamento supero las expectativas. Es mas grande de lo que se ve por fotos. muy tranquilo el edificio, a la hora de descansar no hubo ruidos molestos. Felicitas siempre estuvo en contacto y a disposición de lo que se necesite. los voy a volver a elegir sin dudas.

Todo bien. La cochera con espacio justo para 4x4. La heladera es un frigobar pequeño (mayo 2025). Para tener en cuenta si viajan varios días, yo no tuve ningún problema. Gracias

This 3rd floor unit is modern and clean with ample storage. Comfy beds, fresh linens, great curtains, large balcony, and all the amenities you need. Neighborhood has many bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Uber to main touristy areas are 20 - 30 mins. Luisa is communicative and very helpful.

Addresses in Argentina in general are difficult to find. This on is right next to Burger King and a monument. The place was breathtaking.
