Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa del Parque

I loved my stay here! It was on a relatively quiet street in Palermo but close to so many great restaurants, bars, and cafes. Also quite convenient to the Subte (metro system), making it easy to get to so many other parts of the city. Don’t miss out on the nearby gardens and the eco park! As for the space, itself: it was super clean, had all the amenities, and was very tastefully decorated. It’s on the 10th floor, which made it fairly insulated from street noise but also gave it a great view from the balcony! The hosts were SO kind and communicative, as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Simply spectacular!!! Maria Laura is a genius! From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're amazing!

Best Airbnb ever! I'd stay again.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. It is very pleasant to live in this lively place, full of books, which has already been inhabited. Very comfortable, in a very good area, it was really great. Thank you so much Ruben

Great venue for a large group in a fun neighborhood

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

I did a lot of research on where to stay in Palermo and I assure you, I couldn't have made a better choice. Super helpful and friendly hosts, apartment with everything you need, clean, organized and super comfortable, in addition to the charming and very safe neighborhood. Highly recommended. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and has all the amenities (TV, microwave, refrigerator, furniture, everything in very good condition). It is very well connected. An additional point in favor that we found is that the building has 24-hour security. We stayed a couple of weeks and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended. A separate paragraph for Anabella's attention throughout the stay, very attentive to all the needs we might have, always available and with very fast communication in all our exchanges. The location of the apartment is great, despite being a bit noisy, but this can be solved by closing the windows and turning on the air-conditioning. The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment is very beautiful and cozy. The commute by bus or subway to various places in the city is very easy and quiet. There is a Western Union a few meters away, as well as markets, kiosks and cafes. As for the structure of the apartment, the bed is very comfortable, the workspace as well, I would just suggest putting more items in the kitchen, at least in cases of long-term stays. For the most part, Lara was very helpful and attentive. I recommend this place!!

Great location, cozy apartment, more than reasonable price

This studio was perfect for my daughter and me for a week! It big, well-lit, tastefully decorated, and has a great balcony. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes to keep it clutter free. The hosts were friendly and responsive. It's best to download the app before arrival to ease the entry process. I would 100% stay here again!

This 3rd floor unit is modern and clean with ample storage. Comfy beds, fresh linens, great curtains, large balcony, and all the amenities you need. Neighborhood has many bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Uber to main touristy areas are 20 - 30 mins. Luisa is communicative and very helpful.
