Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa Crespo

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, bars, there is a micro market in front, and the subway is a few blocks away. The apartment is comfortable and we used the grill to make a barbecue. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

We spent about 50 days in this accommodation, being a couple, a child and our puppy. We felt at home for the comfortable environment, the apartment is beautiful and functional. The two double beds are good and there is a single bed with a great mattress and one finer one. Hot shower, mirrors and pleasant decoration. The kitchen is very small but we adapted very well and there were no problems, the yard is great and the location is amazing to go to any point of the city by bus or subway, it is easy to access several transport lines.. There are other supermarkets up to 500m away from the apartment, bakeries and trades around made our stay easier. It is a central working region so the restaurants are economical. I recommend this dwelling, as Brazilians we like beautiful things in the eyes and good mobility and this was taken care of. Communication with the host was impeccable. We will return in a few months for another 75 days and choose this rare habitation in Buenos Aires.

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Excellent. Good location, close to...everything. The apartment is comfortable, with everything you need for a few days in Buenos Aires. Very good cleaning, mattress and pillows, comfortable. The shower water, perfect, and the heating of the apartment too. I didn't go out to the patio, but it adds, beyond being internal, it has some nice plants and some chairs to, in any case, look at the sky. communication, excellent, both with Fedérico, and with Carmelo (the father). and also, the building manager, very kind.

Very nice and accessible place. The host knows how to fix problems very well and is very helpful. I'd stay again.

The apartment was bright and spacious. We were very comfortable and Laura was always willing and attentive to everything we could need. We would love to spend a new season there again.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

This apartment truly is a gem in Palermo! It's an arm's length from fantastic cafes, restaurants, and shops. Without a doubt, it's the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in Buenos Aires, absolutely spotless. Tina was a wonderful host, always friendly and super responsive. The bedrooms on the second floor are very well soundproofed, which is incredibly helpful in such a vibrant neighborhood. While you can hear street sounds from the first-floor living room, it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
