Spacious parking space on the N203. Dina is an extraordinarily friendly and helpful host, who also speaks fluent German. We enjoyed her beautiful garden and the tamarillo fruits very much. The house is perfect as a base (by car) for this beautiful region and special Parque Pinada- Geres.

Great penthouse apartment. Large outdoor space with amazing views. Really comfortable, large beds, good shower and lots of towels/bedding supplied. Very well equipped kitchen and high standards of equipment throughout. Nice neighbourhood, with a convenience store close by and an easy 15-20 minute walk in to the centre. Larger supermarkets also within walking distance. Sofia was the perfect host. So friendly and helpful and went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable with our young son. Her home was full of interesting artifacts from her travels which felt very homely.

We stayed at Luis's place for a very rainy foggy week. When the sun did come out, it was spectacular. Even with the bad weather, the house was really a lovely place to be. Luis was a very friendly and communicative host - a pleasure meeting him. There was a really great grocery store a short drive away.

A beautiful week in a place and region that are just as beautiful. Mountains, gardens and rivers, river beaches, historic towns: the house of flowers is in every way perfect for discovering the Minho. It's spacious, welcoming, well equipped, and therefore very recommended. Aurélie and Adrien were extremely pleasant and attentive hosts, thank them!

If you want to spend time by the ocean, this house is a fantastic base. It’s less than a minute’s walk to the beach with soft sand dunes and fun waves. In August, some days were very sunny, others quite foggy, but beautiful all the same. The large garden is very peaceful, with tall pine trees, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The house is equipped with useful beach gear like textile windshields, several short surfboards, sun umbrellas, and even a few bikes—things that aren't easy to bring on a flight. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were a group of 3 friends and we enjoyed the amenities and calm of the property. It is a good place to relax and listen to the sounds of nature. A Dona Tiva is an excellent hostess, friendly and empathetic. We had to check in early and Dona Tiva was quite flexible and understanding. Thank you!!

Lovely, well decorated, clean, comfortable house. Very well equipped kitchen. Beautiful location next to the historic walls and wonderful walkable location to the river and walkways. The place says it sleeps 6, which it definitely does but it would not be advisable for 3 couples - it's more of a 2 couples with children as there are only 2 bedrooms, a spare bed in the cupboard and a sofa downstairs. All in all, we had a lovely time in this very well kept place.

We spent 12 days with the family; everything is together for a good holiday. Ana is available and provides all the necessary information. Well located 20 min from Viana and the beaches; The accommodation is clean, well-equipped, quiet . On the other hand, we were bothered by the dogs barking day and night. The bedding was uncomfortable for us as a soft mattress. Without it, it's a haven of peace with a relaxing view. I recommend Amonde Village .

We had a lovely family holiday with our two children, the house is well located in a very quiet area. The garden is huge , the house is 10 minutes drive from the beach. Also close to the main roads to visit the big cities in the north of Portugal. It was fine, even if the weather was not great every day. The host is very accommodating to questions, even though he was far from it during our stay. Highly recommend this place!

We were utterly delighted by our stay. First, the property, with its pristine pool, tables for eating, and peaceful gardens was such a pleasant place to be after the bustle of Porto. It was also a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Nuno provided helpful brochures and maps in the room, and gave us more helpful tips both via messages and when he introduced himself the next day. He is a gracious, kind, and helpful host. I highly recommend Nuno’s place and hope someday we can come back again.

Vale was extremely accommodating (he picked us up from the monastery as the airbnb is up a relatively steep incline), let us have any and all of the food in the accommodation and even offered to drive us to the grocery store :) The accommodation has a washer and dryer - a godsend for anyone doing the camino - and a BEAUTIFUL view. Pro tip - buy a wine from the nearby supermarket and enjoy the sunset :) If we could’ve, we would’ve stayed longer!! Definitely book this accommodation

We had a pleasant stay at this cottage, very well located close to local shops and close to places of visit ( Vila Nova de Gaia, Braga, Guimarães, Ponte de Lima...). Sergio is a very welcoming host who gave us great tips for visiting. We warmly recommend this place.

This place is home away from home. The backyard energy is incredible. I even fell asleep for a “nap” (turned into 2 hours) on the sun lounging chair. The beds were comfortable and the space was just right for the 3 of us. It was a perfect cottage for us to recuperate from a long trip. Be sure to have the warm bread from the bakery nearby and ask for the cafe with ribs and chicken and brasa.

We stayed for a week and it's really very comfortable. Manuel and his lady are very attentive, friendly and decisive. The detail of the wine and homemade eggs is priceless. He broke the fan and Manuel bought another new one immediately. It's for tastes but the mattress seemed a bit hard to us. Quiet area, no noise at night and is ideal for sleeping. The car parked in the street next to the house.
