Modern country house with large garden and animal backyard ideal for a break from the city movement. The coldest days invite to a evening by the fireplace where you can get cosy and watch the fire dance as the wood burns. It is a quiet place with a good neighborhood. The historic center of Viana do Castelo is a 10 minutes drive as well as several beaches such as Cabedelo beach, where you can practice various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or paddle. Communication with Marta was pleasant, relaxed, warm and clear from the beginning to the end of our stay. Our questions or requests were answered and considered very quickly. The apartment offered us everything we needed and more. Marta has thought of everything that is important and practical for a vacation in the small fine apartment. The decor is smart, modern and useful. The amenities are amazingly well thought out. We slept excellently in the large double bed and were pleased with the bright white, pleasantly fragrant bed linen. We also enjoyed using the towels. Everything is easily accessible from there: the sea, restaurants and shopping as well as the old town and the weekly market. And the well-kept little park right in front of the house. We also got our money's worth culturally. The only downside: the view of the apartment's unkempt courtyard.

Beautiful, massive unit with tonnes of amazing natural light and ocean views. Very comfortable bed and living areas which were perfect for relaxing after a long day. Big kitchen with everything you could need for a meal any size. Ample parking for your vehicle right outside the entrance door. While Gaia and this location in particular is not “Porto” we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were visiting. The drive from here to the porto old town and city centre can be done in under 15 minutes snd it’s very easy to come and go. This location feels so much less stressful than the busy, tough to navigate streets of Porto. Tonnes of restaurants and a grocery story within a walk or drive, great ocean walk right out front of the door.

Ideal stay for the 7 of us. Spacious house - pool, garden furniture, BBQ and large dining room table were all great features .Towels provided for the pool, and some amenities such as tea/coffee and wine were also greatly appreciated. Location was great for relaxing. Café on the same street and a short walk through the woods to the local shops. Nearby metro stops, and plenty of available Ubers meant that getting into Porto or Vila do Conde was straightforward. We all had a great time and would stay again!
