We were very well received and with a lot of friendliness, the hosts provided some welcome gifts upon our arrival. The house had everything that was necessary and essential for us to have a comfortable stay, in addition to being clean and well organized to accommodate us. With a breathtaking view and located in a calm and friendly condominium, I can't help but highlight the pool, equally fantastic for spending a few good hours. The location and access to river beaches is also a strong point of this place. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and Nádia was always very helpful in pleasing us and making sure everything was going well. It's well worth it, it's the ideal place to relax, stroll and get out of the routine. We really liked it!

It was spacious, well equipped and better than the photos depicted. Alison and Rod have renovated this property with love and care and provided everything you need and more for a relaxing stay.

She's a super nice host. This was the reservation that was made that was available and always reachable. You welcomed us when we arrived and even offered us products from your vegetable garden. During the stay she asked she showed if she worried about our stay and if we were okay. The place is just like the pictures. The space is cozy and nice.

My stay at “Pinheiros Tranquilos”, Shay and Louise's accommodation, was truly memorable. The space is impeccable: extremely clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is excellent — just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Trísio — and the surrounding environment lives up to the name “Pinheiros Tranquilos”. Shay and Louise were exemplary hosts, always attentive to our well-being and available to help with whatever we needed. The breakfast, prepared with natural products, and the smoothie they provided were delicious and showed the care they have with the details. It will undoubtedly be my choice on a future visit, which I hope will be longer. I highly recommend it!

This was a really cute and nice place. It was as showed in the pictures, even a pooltable! The house is clean with a cozy fire place we used a lot because it was winter. The garden very beautiful and big. Though the outside area and pool is shared with another place on the same property, which was no problem for us but might should be taken into account. The surroundings are stunning, perfect for some peaceful time in nature.

An unforgettable stay thanks to two points: On a human level, we were won over by Ana's very warm welcome and generosity throughout our stay. It was very good advice for the discovery of this magnificent region and allowed us to taste delicious specialties. A wonderful encounter. In terms of the environment and setting, the house is perfectly furnished, with all the necessary equipment, and tastefully decorated. We slept very well there and took great pleasure in enjoying the estate, the pool and the green areas. It is a place for peace and absolute serenity! We'll be happy to go back.

Inga and Ron are very friendly and attentive hosts. Your space is comfortable for two people, with the necessary amenities. The space is in the middle of a forest. We had a very pleasant and quiet weekend.

Florbela’s place is beautiful and serene , we had a great time …. Enjoyed the river , the garden with all the fresh vegetables, and the lemons / oranges from the trees . Most exceptional was our host Florbela: even before we arrived she helped us plan everything, met us at the house ( we arrived on Christmas Day ), gave us a tour of the place , left us with a freshly cooked delicious pot of soup , and stocked the house with breakfast supplies that lasted the whole week . She made sure we received freshly baked bread every morning, and personally chose pastries to be delivered for our breakfast. Very generous and thoughtful, The best host we have ever had . We will back for sure , in the summer … And we highly recommend her place for anyone looking for an authentic, fun experience in central Portugal .

We had a lovely stay at the riverside house, beautiful location just by the sea with natur surronding, very quiet place. It is a bit drive to closest supermarket etc so good to plan your stay in advance and bring what you need. But overall very beautiful house in a beautiful surronding and a very friendly host!

It deserves 6 stars! Paulo and Susana are great hosts, very kind and caring, they are always available to help and guide you through the beautiful area. The house is great, the garden and pool are exceptional, the view is amazing. You are quiet and in a splendid natural setting to have a relaxing holiday and recharge your batteries. Rui's place was very quaint and comfortable. it had everything we needed to make our own meals while there and it was centrally located within the town area. It even has a baker just around the corner, for fresh bread. Rui was very helpful, he showed us the elements of the apartment, and walked us through all the places of interest in and around Vila de Rei. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the ideal spots to visit. Had a great weekend!

An oasis of peace and a very enchanting property with its own charm and character. We enjoyed our stay, friendly and open-minded people, James cares and cares wherever possible. Rarely have we felt so welcome and comfortable. The cleanliness and amenities are excellent. In nearby Vila de Rei you will find everything you need. We would love to repeat our stay in the future, we miss it already.
