House vacation rentals in Viimsi Parish

Nice big house, good sauna and barrel sauna, location also such that the Tallinians can take a nice taxi home and other people have the opportunity to spend the night. Overall a very okay place. Observance of the desired quiet hours (outdoors), which we had no problem with, but whoever wants to do a bigger event is worth remembering. But such a 15-20 people and a party in the room, quietly in the barrel sauna, everything is going well.

The place was very nice! Everything needed was given to stay comfortably. Wooden warmed sauna and hot bath are great relax. The surrounding was nice and calm.

You have a very cute, clean and pungent house for the big and child alike! We are thrilled and hope to return someday. Worth all the money:)

Merlins place was totally spotless and set up beautifully. Especially the garden was beautiful as per the pictures! Great communication from the start, walking distance to parks, views, restaurant and big supermarket. We had a lovely and comfortable stay, thank you

Great little place in the woods. Everything is like in the pictures, everything was clean and the Kitchen is well equipped. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Highly recommend it.

We had looked for a place with enough elbow-room for a multi-day stay. This was a great setting at the top of the hill in Old Town Tallinn. We enjoyed looking out the windows at the tour groups strolling past and listening to the Nevsky Cathedral bells. Balti Jaam market with a large grocery is just down the hill on one side and a small grocery nearby down the main slope. The relatively large space served us well, but aspects might ironically prove difficult for large folk. The primary bathroom is narrow and the small corner shower requires some acrobatics. If you're visiting during the warm weather months, it's quite bright in the apartment even at night. There are no room darkening blinds in the apartment, but we still had no problem sleeping. We booked a rental car for a day trip to the bog walk in the national park east of the city (highly recommended!) and when we had a question about parking our host provided helpful advice. Overall, a relaxing and convenient stay for us.

Very interesting and big apartment, it had everything we needed. The host was very kind and we had very flexible check-out. Don't recommend sleeping on the last floor for elderly, small kids or disabled, since the uncomfortable stairs, but there is plenty of room downstairs, so it shouldn't be a problem. Great location, we recommend. 😊

Everything was perfect. The house is located less than 10 min from the old town by bus and it's a pieceful place to stay. Definetely recommended.

We recently stayed at a fantastic townhouse property with our family of four, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The townhouse was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and incredibly cozy, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed spending quality family time in the sauna and on the outdoor patio, which featured a brand new grill that we used for some memorable BBQ nights. The location was perfect—just a short walk/drive to the beach and conveniently close to the city, allowing us to explore the best of both worlds. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our family vacation. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another stay! Highly recommended!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Taavi's summer house. The house is located right in the middle of pine trees and blueberry bushes. The sea is basically right behind the house, within 2 min walk. The place is equipped with everything one may need, including toys and outdoor activities (zipline, climbing, trampoline, hammock etc) for the kids. Check-in and check-out were smooth and without any problems, the owners were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying at their place.

The apartment made our holiday: close to the beach and well connected to the city centre, yet very quiet and relaxing with all the surrounding greenery and lovey decoration of the flat. Janika was a very kind and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back again for another trip to Tallinn.

This is an amazing house. We stayed there with 2 small kids and the house has everything you need! crib,high chair, toys and a wonderful garden we loved the place and the comunication with the host was always great ! thank you for everything ❤️

This was my second time staying at Sausti Manor, and it was just as wonderful as before. The location is beautiful, just a short drive from Tallinn, with a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning, well-kept garden. The Governor’s House is elegant, spacious, and filled with natural light, making it a truly relaxing retreat. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for comfort, and the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. A fantastic place to return to!
