Newly built attefallhus / small guest house right by Lake Siljan and about 10 minutes walk to the city center. Close to several restaurants, swimming areas, fishing and bike trails. Wooden deck with outdoor furniture and possibility to barbecue. Sofa bed in living room, becomes 190x140 cm folded out. Sleeping loft with double bed 200x160cm (low to ceiling). There is also a guest house with an additional 2-3 beds, which can be rented. Information for families with children: The sleeping loft is unsuitable for small children. Note that the Riksvägen runs in front of the house.

Welcome to our cottage in Rättvik. The cabin is located in a quiet residential area about 1,5 km from central Rättvik. In the cabin there is a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and fan. The dining area has bar tables and bar stools. Bathroom with washing machine on the lower floor and bedroom with double bed on the upper floor and balcony. From the terrace outside there are beautiful views over Siljan. The cottage is rented out as self-catering. The guest will bring their own linens and towels. The guests clean up before departure. There are cleaning products.

Newly built small house with sea view. Located in the small village of Sätra, nice environment for both cycling and walking. About 4 km to the center of Rättvik, about 5 km to the Dalhalla arena with many different summer music events. The guest house is located next to our residential house with lake view. Some close-knit residential buildings, yet quiet location. Combined living room and kitchen with sofa bed, a double bed will be made up. Bedroom with 140 cm bed. Room for 3-4 people. Guest is responsible for bed linen and towels (can be rented) and cleaning.

On the lower floor a very small kitchen as well as dining area with room for four and a fireplace. On the upper floor there are two walled single beds as well as a 140 cm wide sofa bed. It is about 5 km to Tällberg and 7 km to Leksand. There is space to park a car next to the shelter in the yard. Shower and toilet have a separate entrance downstairs. Cleaning is not included.

It is about 1.5 km to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants, bus stop and ski slope. 700 m to Hotell Lerdalshöjden which has a stop for buses to/from Dalhalla. Kenneth is a great host and the house is amazing. It is fresh, peaceful, clean and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is big enough for 3 families and at a perfect distance from Stockholm to explore in and around Dalarna. I appreciate Kenneth’s consideration to ignore one of the toys that was a little damaged by a kid. Will come again!

Incredibly luxurious to have this beautiful cottage to yourself. The area is so idyllic, there are beautiful walks nearby and the tranquility is there as soon as you arrive. Maria was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this home. We would be glad to come back!
