Family-friendly vacation rentals in Victoria Point

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

My family and I had a great holiday at Joanne's air bnb, we have a toddler & baby who loved it too. Beautiful view! Only feedback would be to maybe relocate the coffee table being glass for when guests with kids stay as would hate for it to break or an accident to happen, we moved it to the side to allow more room for my toddler to play in the open area! We will be back! Love it x

We had a lovely stay at Di & Floyd’s cottage which was only 5 minutes from our home! Whilst our house was being painted we need a few nights away somewhere close. The cottage was gorgeous, lots of little extras included. The kids welcome basket of eggs, marshmallows, jam, chutney, oil etc was delightful. Both hosts were super friendly but not interruptive at all! Thank you for having our family in your beautiful space!

The delightful host met me at the apartment with milk & snacks then showed me round. It is luxurious and has a well stocked pantry. Beds are comfortable & powerful showers. Lots of towels. Walking distance to the ferry, buses and footbridge to get into the CBD. If I could give more stars then I would. I would definitely rebook this apartment.

Impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, spacious and super quiet. This apartment is in a great location with easy access to the ferries or pedestrian bridges. Easy to get to from the airport. The view is spectacular, right on the river bank. Very safe area and lots of people walking and jogging early to late. Dining and grocery options are across the river or south on the point. Note that navigating some steps is required to enter the building and get to the elevator/lift.

Absolutely stunning property. Everything was perfect we had a great break there. Our pup loved the place, she played tennis, love meeting Mixie. Great hosts

Had a wonderful Easter long weekend at Julie's. Amity was the perfect spot for us (2 adults, 2 kids and our doggo) - we enjoyed the sunsets, coffee at Bo's and drinks at the Pav. Our dog's fave part was the daily drive we'd made to Home Beach :) Julie's beach house was lovely and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. With an amazing collection of artwork, books and kitschy knick knacks, one can tell that Julie is a wanderlust herself - which makes Airbnb such an amazing platform for travelers. We hope to visit again one day. Straddie is such a special place, and we acknowledge the Quandamooka people and their ownership of the land we'd visited.

We loved our stay here. Amber was so friendly and helpful at all times, going above and beyond to assist us. We loved the modern, clean house and we would not hesitate to recommend this house to others.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of New Farm / James street area. A beautiful home and the host Fiona was wonderful and always easy to get in touch with. Would definitely book this place again!

Alyssa’s place is in a quiet, peaceful location, perfect for relaxation. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living room and balcony provided great spaces for family time. Alyssa and her partner were very friendly, and her son was so kind to play with my kids. Highly recommend this cozy, welcoming spot!

Leonie went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect .. she even graciously gave us an extended checkout which helped us out enormously. There was absolutely nothing we needed that she didn't provide. Her accommodation is spotless . She generously provided croissants butter jams etc .. 2 differents yogurts blueberries .. eggs .. milk and all the condiments as well as selections of tea and coffee and cooking essentials. The kitchen crockery cutlery glasses etc were all gorgeous. The bathroom was also spotless with beautiful products and Leonie thought of everything from hairdryer to deodorant and toothpaste . to sunscreens .. amazzzing! It's also within walking distance to so many great restaurants .. we especially loved Vietnam House and the stunning dog friendly Victoria park is right there. All in all we wished we could have stayed forever! Thankyou so much Leonie you made our Xmas Extra Special .. we just hope we can rebook on future visits!🪷

Close to all amenities, especially for long distance rail trips - as we did. Short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Good too, if you're a football fan, as the stadium is also close by.

We loved our stay and hope to return in the future! Suz is an absolute fabulous host. Highly recommend! Views are spectacular, home is beautiful and so comfortable. Kids loved it, particularly the chickens. We fell in love with Donald the chicken! Thank you.

Beautiful loft apartment. Easily accommodated our family of 6 adults. Cait is amazing to commute with and was there on check-in to give us the keys and a quick run down. Easy walk to shops and transport. Supermarket only round the corner. Great location and host.

Great little secluded and comfortable place to stay. Close to cafes and shops, and was surprisingly quiet for being in town.

I had deeply relaxing and recharging stay at Lil and Stephen’s place. The bed and bed linen were first class. The quiet surroundings, comfortable furniture, magnificent garden and the cooking facilities were appreciated. I’d love to return. Highly recommended.
