The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. A classic repurposed concrete water tank on a working sheep farm gives the adventurous visitor a unique experience! The tank, adjacent to the shearing shed comfortably accommodates 2 people in a queen bed. A large sliding glass window leads your eye to stunning views over the Gippsland Lakes. Attached to the shearing shed is a small kitchen and ensuite for guests exclusive use during their stay. A complimentary lamb pack for two to BBQ will be in the fridge on your arrival.
