Absolutely perfect. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-month stay. The privacy is great — after passing through the shared garden, the cottage is completely separate from the main house, with a stone wall providing full seclusion. Can highly recommend.

Imraan and Kim were very accomodating and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was an issue with the building that made us have to move out earlier, and it is this episode that made it clear to me that Imraan and Kim were great accomodaters. They quickly paid for us to stay at a different place, and when the issue persisted, they gave us a partial refund and quickly refunded the rest of our nights. I think they responded very well to an unfortunate situation. I would recommend renting from Imraan and Kim.

Sabine’s place is utter perfection, even more beautiful than the photos. Sabine and Angela are outstanding hosts going above and beyond in every way. We are so grateful for the perfect stay and hope to return again!

My two sons had a great time staying here while they were attending a cricket academy. The communication with the hosts was fantastic and the area was quiet and safe whilst being conveniently situated to get to all the other places they needed to. Would not hesitate to book again Thank you 😊

We had the most wonderful stay. The booking was made very last minute, and the host and owner was super friendly in assisting us. The apartment is literally steps away from the beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and has all amenities needed. What a luxurious stay! Highly recommended.

Stayed here now 2 times and what a treat! Such a stylish interior with a bob marley painting guarding the dining room. Janice is such a sweet host. The view is breathaking. The details like the air plane wing table are so funky. And the fireplaces are cosy.

The cozy living area, comfy bed, well-planned bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen made for a perfect short stay. Amenities like air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a washing machine in the room, added extra convenience. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the Sea Point promenade with stunning ocean/mountain views, plus it’s super close to cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s also well-placed for exploring my top picks, like the V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain, and surrounding attractions. The service was exceptional. Matt, the general manager, and his team were incredibly welcoming, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring everything went smoothly. Overall, Eighty2 on M offers a stylish, comfortable stay with excellent amenities and outstanding service. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cape Town!

Truly a home away from home. If you want tranquility, space, peace this is the place you need to book. Family orientation with 2 doggies, a few birds, BBQ facilities, pool, ample parking space so close to everything without the heavy price tag Ill definitely be back on my next trip to SA Thank you for all the amazing hospitality, I really felt at 🏡 home😎🥰

My stay was short, but very pleasant. The unit I stayed in was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Priya is a friendly, helpful and competent hostess who is prepared to go out of her way to ensure that the needs of her guests are addressed.

Our first stop in SA was in Houtbaai in Astrid's apartment. Great location and super cozy space overlooking the mountains. Very spacious filled apartment with everything you might need for your stay! The stay was one of it's kind. Priya communicated very well from start to finish. The rooms was clean and fell as if I was at home. Uber service was easy to achieve. This place is real a value for money. I will definitely be back.

The apartment met all our expectations and we felt very comfortable there as a 'long-term tenant'. Great is the large kitchen with living area and extra dining room as well as the spacious outdoor area with barbecue. Communication with the host is excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back.
