The house is located in the garden by the town's oldest fishing house from 1777 and has its own entrance from the street. The house contains a large living room with 4 bunk beds, a small toilet and bathroom, as well as a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle and 2 hotplates. A covered terrace with shelter and a beautiful view of the fjord. Opposite is the Old Inn, which was a customs house in the old days when the salt (the white gold) was sailed here from Læsø by the Cathedral's sailing ship

At the end of the cottage is an outdoor kitchen with cold water, oven and stove. A lovely terrace. A little further away, there is a toilet building with a toilet and sink with cold water. No bath. The apartment is connected to a boarding school - but it is quiet and peaceful on weekends. Close to Dollerup hills and Hald lake, 1 km from the Hærvejen - there are all possibilities for hiking, cycling, swimming and mountain biking on the fantastic trails around Viborg. You can use all the facilities in the house and have it all to yourself - I'm never home on weekends
