This property is set in a truly beautiful location, it’s very private, and is the perfect place if you are seeking tranquility. It is easy to get to Annecy, the lake, and other destinations. It is very comfortable with all of the amenities that you will need. Isabelle was very helpful and friendly both before our travel and while we were there. A wonderful week!

Enjoyed the stay at Alessandro & Vanessa’s place - they responded quickly to messages and were very accommodating esp with the late check-out. Pros: - The apartment is spacious and spotless. - The bathtub, sink and toilet are all in one room which was nice. The other shower / sink is nicely upgraded and in the main bedroom as pictured. - The living space is in the front of the apartment looking out onto the street, bedrooms are towards the back of the apartment so was quiet even on weekend (Eurocup!) nights. Beds were very comfortable, we slept well. - Location is great, 2 blocks from the lake yet a relatively quiet street with bakery and small grocery store around the corner. Good bus connections too. - Building has easy to use access code and elevator. Note: - The elevators are between floors, so when exiting, need to walk up (or down) one stretch of steps - about 10 steps. Not ideal with heavy luggage or if need assistance. Overall a great experience and would go back!

Apartment in new condition and equipped at the highest level, Karin responds immediately and positive to every request, amazing view. Located in a quiet neighborhood outside the center and therefore at a time when it is not the tourist season requires a trip to shopping. Highly recommended!

The small chalet in Valerie is ideally located to enjoy the region. The "chalet" atmosphere is ensured by a very warm wood decoration. The outdoor hot tub is an important plus! the cottage is in the heart of the countryside (mushroom foraging on foot) while being less than 15 minutes from Annecy by car. The hospitality, advice and availability of our hosts is also very appreciated!! Thank you Valerie and her husband and see you soon!

One of our best airbnb. Françoise is a thoughtful host. The accommodation is very clean, quiet, super well equipped. There's nothing missing. just perfect.

We highly recommend a stay in the little houses. In September it is a little quieter everywhere and you can go hiking wonderfully - in the Aravis chain or overlooking the mountains. From the house we could enjoy the wonderful view every day. In the village (more accessible by car) you have everything you need. We felt right at home. For two people, the small house was absolutely sufficient. It is furnished with a lot of love for detail, which we liked very much:). There is no Wi-Fi, but cell phone reception; the underfloor heating has always been very warm.

A nice weekend spent in Pierre's private cottage. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the barbecue and the ping pong table but we didn't miss the desire:) Everything was impeccable and the bonus: Pierre was at the top!

We had a great time at this great apartment. The garden is very large and you actually have it to yourself. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and easily accessible. You can walk in a few minutes in the middle of the old town and also quickly on the lake. Nevertheless, the house is very quiet and you can linger in the garden and enjoy the time. We are definitely planning to come back. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Hervé is very responsive in case of any problem, very friendly and empathetic with humans and our four-legged friends. Her place was clean and clean. The location is perfect for walking. Hervé was kind enough to bring us breakfast because the neighbors next door had been noisy, we appreciated this attention. We'll be back of course 😊

Our stay at this beautiful home was an unforgettable experience! The house itself is stunning and makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. The highlight is definitely the incredible view! But also the location is perfect, so close to Annecy and with lots to do in the beautiful surroundings. Flore was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Marc's, there is everything you need for a stay in the best conditions and a small pool with magnificent views of the mountains 🗻 Thank you to Marc who welcomed us very well, with welcome gift and tips on things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend that you spend your stay in Haute Savoie at his place!

We had a great stay despite the weather (coldest week of September:) some beautiful flames ); bcp of walks, visits, sports and cultural activities nearby. The cottage is functional and decorated with bcp of taste. It makes you want to come back for winter and taste the pleasure of skiing Thanks again to Gilles and Julie!

We were kindly welcomed during our stay. With our dog we enjoyed the house. For with 2 adults it is really a big house. We had very warm weather and could therefore use the swimming pool. The pool was under a tree so unfortunately leaves and other things came in quickly. We were already told they will most likely move them next year. Fortunately, you could cover and clean the pool with a net. There is plenty to do in the area within walking, cycling or driving distance. But if you want to do “nothing” for a day, it's also wonderful. Definitely recommended!!

Anne is a attentive host, attentive and has good advice. Anne lives next to the cottage but she is very discreet. The cottage is on the heights of Menthon Saint Bernard. we were able to hike, visit Annecy. very nice place.

Pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's, close to everything. Welcome pets and well fenced garden! It was perfect ☺️
