We had an incredible six-month stay at Audrey’s apartment, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home during this time! The location is simply perfect—right in the heart of Nice, just a short walk from the railway station and surrounded by all the shops, restaurants, and conveniences you could need. Whether you’re starting a new chapter in Nice or just spending a few months here, this apartment offers both comfort and practicality. The space itself is well-equipped, cozy, and easy to settle into, making daily life effortless and enjoyable. Audrey was a fantastic host—always responsive, accommodating, and ready to help whenever needed. This apartment truly made our experience in Nice special, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city!

The place was at a great spot in down town Nice. It was right on one of the main streets, but the room itself you couldn’t hear any of the noises from outside. Place was also five minutes walk from the main train station and about a 15 minute walk from all the beaches in Nice so it was perfect.

Le séjour chez Gérard était très agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Gérard a fait preuve de flexibilité quand aux horaires d’arrivés, je recommande grandement ce logement.

Un grand merci à Daniel de nous avoir loué son logement . 100% identique an la description. On connaît bien la résidence car nous y allons depuis plusieurs années .c’était la première fois dans ce logement . Très bien situé , magnifique vue, ultra bien équipé . Conciergerie super sympa , réactive . Check in et Check out supers simple . Bref 1 gros 10/10.

L’appartement est très bien situé, calme et bien isolé, avec un accès facile aux pistes. Il est propre et spacieux. Un véritable atout est la piscine, idéale pour se détendre. En revanche, certains points sont à améliorer : les horaires de réception restreints (8h-10h et 16h-20h), le supplément pour la connexion Wi-Fi, l’absence de produits de nettoyage essentiels (éponge, produit vaisselle, savon…) ainsi que la qualité des couchages.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Bel appartement Dans un complexe sécurisé. Une superbe plage de sable fin à 5 minutes à pied. Deux lignes d'autobus aux passages fréquents aux coins des rues. Grande terrasse, une partie ensoleillée et ombragée. Le supermarché est dans le complexe, il a deux bonnes boulangeries à 5 minutes à pied. Antibes est situé au centre de la Côte d'azur, il y a des belles attractions des deux bords.

Excellent séjour chez Sébastien. L’appartement est très confortable, et la vue est magnifique, encore plus belle que sur les photos. L’emplacement est idéal si l’on souhaite être au calme et à côté du centre et des plages. La piscine de la résidence était très agréable, et elle n’est jamais bondée, j’ai même pu m’y baigner seule à l’heure du déjeuner. Je recommande et j’y retournerai lors d’un prochain séjour.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Elodie war wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben – sehr hell, sauber und in einer tollen Lage. Die Kommunikation mit Elodie war super freundlich und schnell. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alles gut vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt bei ihr absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Elodie!

Gorgeous location!!! Place is actually better that what the published pictures show. We felt right at home. The apartment has everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. The private resort its beautiful, lots of nature and with plenty of activities. Loved the pool, the beach and the beautiful Cote d’ Azur region.

Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal, tout est sur place. Il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre sa voiture pour quoi que ce soit. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Abbiamo passato un weekend bellissimo nella villa di Herve. Ottima posizione, alloggio pulito, spazioso e dotato del necessario. Bellissima piscina. Super consigliato!

Perfect home and location! We had the most wonderful stay at Anna’s place. It was easy to find, clean, very spacious (across multiple floors), and an authentic style. Great value for the price. Location is very ideal and 10 mins walk from beach and train station and 3 mins walk to several restaurants and supermarket. Anna gave several recommendations which helped us navigate Antibes our first day and was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is well suited to cook which was nice to have some meals in. Highly recommend staying at Anna’s in Antibes - found this town more quaint and enjoyable than Nice and Cannes, while still very lively with many restaurants, shops, and good bars for the evening (and still a short train away to visit other towns). As others mentioned, for awareness only to those with mobility issues there are several steps as it is a 5 floor home but it was not an issue for our group, and rather enjoyable to have so much space!

We had a wonderful time at CCS Bedoin. The amenities provided were great, especially all the options for making coffee. Very comfortable for 7 guests. We stayed out of season, we may consider returning during the warmer months to take full advantage of the terrace area and pool!

un véritable havre de paix avec une vue époustouflante et d'un calme absolu. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés, de plus des hôtes aux tops sur la communication et la surprise dans le frigo. Parfait pour un séjour relaxant, avec de belles promenades à proximité

Superbe maison qui a répondu a bien plus que nos attentes. L’extérieur est extrêmement bien aménagé avec plusieurs espaces qui rendent la maison très confortable et très cocooning. Elle est très bien située au calme dans un petit village mais non loin des grandes villes et proche des commerces. Concernant Olivier, l’hôte, il est d’une grande gentillesse et d’une grande sympathie. Il s’est rendu très disponible lorsqu’on a eu besoin de le solliciter. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l’année prochaine.
