We have a small cottage for rent for 1 couple. The "Summer Cabin" does not have a private bathroom, but guests use shower and toilet facilities at Soria Moria camping which is in the same area. Rural located about 3 km from Verdal center where you will find the railway station, shops and cafes. Stiklestad National Cultural Center is 7 km away. Nature reserve with river, fjord and forest trails straight out from the cabin, where you can walk or cycle around. Welcome to a small peaceful gem, where the pace can slow down and life can just be enjoyed.

Grocery store is close by and it is about 12 min drive to Steinkjer city center. Has a quiet cat who has own room in the house (laundry room) with own entrance. One bedroom with 180cm bed, one bedroom with 160 cm bed, two bedrooms with 120 cm bed. Space for mattresses if desired. There is a garden with possibilities for football playing or other activities. 3 sitting zones outside.

Unique secluded location overlooking the (frozen) lake! Fireplace and electric heaters were absolutely necessary whether the low temperatures were. Likeable mix of design and cabin equipment!

Great apartment in a quiet and nice area. Check-in and communication with Rita was easy and quick. This is my third visit to Verdal in a short time and I would like to stay here again instead of the hotels in the city.

Very nice apartment.

Roger was very good at communicating for the stay, instructions were very clear. The apartment is superb, very clean and tidy with every comfort of being at home. Would definitely return and stay there again.

Extremely hospitable hosts who wanted your best. There were freshly cooked cinnamon rolls in the kitchen and it was warm and good when we arrived. Highly recommend😊👍

We found the place easily because Marit gave us very clear directions. The stay was great, the place was very clean with all the amenities in the description and the price is very good for everything it offers . Marit is an excellent host with whom we communicated very well, he lovingly offered us from the products of the house and surprised us with her hospitality and kindness. The atmosphere was so pleasant that we had a very good time coming, the bed very comfortable and we felt like home. When we pass through the area we would love to return to Marit's home.

Very nice place, homey, clean and quiet. The fit excellent as a base for three days gathering at the university, I had with my own car (7 minutes to drive). Definitely a place I want to stay again.
