HOURTIN, lovely independent and quiet cottage

Lovely cottage close to the lake beach and the island for children, 10 km from the ocean by road or by bike via the bike path. Located in the cul-de-sac of a very quiet small residence. The chalet is enclosed on 600 m2. In the front a sunny wooden terrace and in the back a shaded garden with a table and benches as well as a shelter for beach toys and bikes. The interior is neat, comfortable, cozy and very well-equipped. cared for bedding Two bikes are provided (padlock)

Recent chalet close to beautiful ocean beaches, shops, Soulac (cinema, casino, market), Royan and the Zoo de la Palmyre by the ferry. Marina with excursion to the king of the lighthouses (Cordouan) and on the Gironde estuary, boat / jet ski rental, .... Bike bike path less than a km away, mountain biking trails, horseback riding, forest walk, in the marshes, small tourist train, sea fishing, surf school, ... Visit the Medoc vineyard with its prestigious castles.

Concerned about the environment, we have installed dry toilets, in self-management. Pretty 2 bedroom wooden chalet with 2 beds of 2 pers plus a sofa bed in the living room for 2 pers. With covered terrace of 20 m2 and terrace of 25 m2 with inflatable spa, located in a secure residence 4 km from the beaches and the city center of Soulac. Enclosed land. Sunbeds and umbrellas, clothes rack and BBQ. Duvets and pillows provided. Sheets and towels and kitchen towels are no longer available because of the sanitary situation.

46 m2 cottage, with enclosed garden, in a quiet area on the edge of the forest, close to the village, the lake, the bike path and a few km from the ocean. Everything is done for your convenience.
