Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of a two-family house. The apartment consists of living room with TV , dining table and good double sofa bed. Bedroom with two new beds that can be separated, room with a bed and shelving. Kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee and tea are provided. Salt/pepper and oil. Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on 1st floor. For the little ones, there is Weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linens, towels, and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

The view is unique over the Limfjord with Venø on the horizon. The house contains 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and a large conservatory. Surrounding the house is a large wooden deck with several groups of outdoor furniture. The beach alternates between stone and sandy beach. A few meters out is purely sand. The water is often calm and very clear.

The cottage is a cozy yet modern 70s summerhouse that has been continuously modernized and has a new kitchen. On the terrace, regardless of wind conditions, there is always the possibility to find a place shelter from the wind. The plot is almost 4,000 m2, so there is plenty of space to romp on.

Relax in this unique and scenic summerhouse with panoramic views of the water, Toftum Bjerge and the small harbor in Remmerstrand. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water there is an orangery/sunroom and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset at night.
