House vacation rentals in Vedado, Havana

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

Amazing house and staff in a great location.

It's an incredibly spectacular house. Large comfortable room with its own bathroom and total privacy. Ideal to share with friends and have a good time in the large patio that has a pool. A 10 for cleanliness and comfort!

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

This was the most impressive home we stayed in! Located in Miramar, a top neighborhood surrounded by diplomatic and residential homes, it’s unassuming outside but a stunning surprise inside—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed with an artistic beach vibe. You can rent by room or the entire space. Four en suite rooms, but all 5 rooms have keypad-locked doors and safes for security. Location also includes 24/7 security. The home is fully equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a coffee machine, top-tier appliances (hair dryer), and streaming services (WiFi can be spotty, as expected in Cuba). Includes both 110 & 220 outlets. Lots of thought and intention. The rooftop pool is a true highlight, and fresh flowers were a lovely touch! Marcos is an amazing host—attentive, responsive, and able to arrange transportation, tours, or dining. The staff keeps the home pristine. A truly special stay—we’d return in a heartbeat!

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms are spacious enough for 2 people and have good working A/C and mini fridge. Host was always helpful and responsive. Breakfast had a nice selection of items for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this place is you are traveling with a group.

Great air conditioning! Great location.

During our seventeen days in Cuba we stayed in Casa Nini for two periods. Really enjoyed!! A great Airbnb experience is for us, including getting good and relevant information in advance and during your stay. What we got here: Both from Nini in advance of your stay and by Franci during your stay. Franci conjured out lovely breakfasts and dinners. She assisted us with anything we needed help with, if it was to organize a ride, tip about restaurants and book tables to plan excursions and provide input on activities. In Franci, you get a hostess who expertly balances accessibility and privacy. But the most important thing was probably the good vibe she contributed to. A stay at Casa Nini will enrich your stay in Cuba. The roof terrace was used a lot. Both for meals and relaxation. Here you could retreat while you could sit on the edge and observe life down the street. We also have to mention that we got very good and safe drivers organized by Casa Nini.

Our stay at Luis' place was great! Luis and Sandra were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Anything that we needed they were able to provide for us, sometimes from their own apartment! Unfortunately two of my party got sick in the last few days of our trip. Luis was great about checking in with us and making sure our needs were met until they were feeling better. The space is clean and well kept. Things to be aware of: -This is not a touristic part of Havana, you live as the locals do -Power cuts are common and outside of the host's control -Spanish only, be comfortable with the language or have an offline translator We would definitely stay here again!

incredible value. we have the entire place to ourselves and it was just four of us. super helpful staff that gave recommendations on things to do and where to go along with exchanging money and making meals on demand. we hung out with them and got to really enjoy ourselves. I would recommend this location for groups that want to be close to everything and walkable. also nice that there is security at the house every evening and staff available 24/7 to help with any needs.

This place is beautiful. You feel welcome and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast in the morning for about 6-7 euros. The two ladies were very attentive and helpful. In the evening, a night porter comes to keep watch. You therefore have the feeling that there is always someone there if you have any questions. Special thanks to Fernando. It's the best. Available 24/7 via WhatsApp, every request is resolved. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

The owner was extremely nice and attentive. There a fridge with drinks with a reasonable price. Be aware that you are never truly alone; 7am-7pm the cleaning ladies are there and from 7pm-7am there is a security guard that stays in one of the bedrooms on the first floor and occasionally walks through the home in the daytime. But they were all very nice and I had a great time. They are definitely not watching you but are there for your own safety and I think it is the law that they are there since the govt is involved with all AirBNBs in Cuba. I would stay again.

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

Maria and Raoul are great people. They toured us around the area showing us all the amenities and places of entertainment. We enjoyed their company and generosity.

Having a in laws in Habana behind there many times this place exceeds all Airbnb I had been before. Great for families, WIFI , generator is a life saver there outstanding lunch worth every penny. Location is perfect. Thanks Irmita and Amadito you’re the best.

This was an amazing place to stay in. Everything we needed was within close distance. Yamir goes above and beyond and if you stay here, ask him anything you might need help with. Yamir will give you honest help/advice, he made our trip so much easier and is a great host. The cleaning lady Cristina did an amazing job keeping the place clean and did an amazing job doing our laundry. If you stay at this Airbnb, go eat around the corner at "YoInvito" and 8 blocks away at "La Catredal", amazing food at great prices. There are many great restaurants/bars within walking distance! Enjoy Cuba on the forefront alongside Cuban people!!!

My second stay at Benjamin's house. Excellent as always. The house is beautiful and in a very exclusive neighborhood. The staff is lovely, helpful, and accommodating.
