Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house, you have everything you need for a vacation or just a bed for the night. Here, there is peace and quiet in the countryside, but it is a short distance to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It's only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed, but we can make up extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase up. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

Guesthouse 28 sqm outside Trelleborg

Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Guest apartment on Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Top modern guest house built in 2017. The house is designed and furnished in traditional Scandinavian style. House include: Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, two design armchairs, a very cosy queen bed (160 cm), bathroom with heated floor and shower. Newly built guesthouse in an attractive location in Höllviken near both the beach (approx. 2.5km flight route), bus connections (approx. 500m) and the center (approx. 800m). A short distance away (approx. 700m) is also the Toppengallerian, a shopping center with ICA, Liqour store, pharmacies and clothing stores. In the house there is a TV (android tv) where you with your own account on Google play can access various apps. Netflix is pre-installed (own account required) and youtube.

Privata Annexet (tiny house)

Detta lilla mysiga, fräscha boende med tillgång till egen matplats ute x 2 ligger nära stan, skogen och stranden. Närheten till Trelleborgs hamn gör boendet populärt för resande till-och ifrån kontinenten. Egen parkering finns. Stadskärnan med bio, restauranger, padelbanor och butiker ligger en kort promenad bort. Lokalbuss precis utanför tomten. Fr Trbgs centralstation tar du dig snabbt m tåg el buss till bl.a Malmö o Kphmn. 10 min gång till golfbana.

Near the beach in Kämpinge

Liten lägenhet som utgör husets ovanvåning. På 5 min når man Kämpingestranden. På sommaren sköna bad och annars härliga promenader utmed Östersjön. Kämpinge ligger 15 min bilväg från Trelleborg och 20 min från Malmö. Också buss till Svågertorp där förbindelse finns till Köpenhamn. Angett pris avser 1 person. Vid 2 personer tillkommer 225kr/natt. Minsta vistelse är 2 nätter Gästerna förväntas hålla allt rent p snyggt
