Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Västra Motala

We stayed at Martina's airbnb during a popular cycling race which our friends were participating in, in the area, and this was the perfect spot! A great house for a group of friends, or big family. There are beautiful swimming areas very close by, lots of great farms with local produce and Martina's farm itself has sheep, horses, and chickens which our daughter loved. Martina was very friendly and welcoming and we would definitely recommend this airbnb for any future visitors 😊

A fantastic stay in a private and peaceful accommodation, perfect for our group of eight. The host was warm and welcoming, and the accommodation was fresh and well-equipped. Being able to charge an electric car was a big plus. The magical place and harmonious atmosphere made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended, we are already looking forward to returning!

We had a wonderful stay in the little paradise of Heike & Andreas. The house is super furnished with everything you need, including a great garden. It is totally quiet, surrounded by nature. Heike and Andreas are very friendly and helpful. We immediately felt very much at home. I can only recommend it to everyone, I hope we weren't there last time😊

Each morning before breakfast we walked across the sunny lawn and the forest to the sandy beach of lake Viken, where we had our first swim of the day. The rest of the days we enjoyed the sunshine on the large terrace or went hiking or cycling. The house was very comfortable due to the windows on all sides, the view and the complete facilities of good quality. It merely felt as an house for permanent living rather than a holiday home. Ulrika is a very nice host: well communicating, quickly responding, friendly and flexible.

Great place. We heard wild boars, so hare, deer, and moose trails. The cabin is absolutely stunning - in the middle of nature and with a lovely fireplace in the living room.

Fantastic nice house, decor and great location high up with outstanding views of the lake. The guest house next door was beyond the ordinary and a perfect place to spread out the guests but still be close. Anna has been so helpful, quick in her response and welcoming in every way. Thank you Anna!

Linda’s home in Forsvik is an absolute gem! The house is cozy, beautifully maintained, and filled with warm, welcoming touches that made us feel right at home. The surrounding nature is breathtaking – peaceful forests, a nearby canal, and picturesque walking paths that gave us a true taste of Swedish countryside life. Linda was a fantastic host – responsive, and thoughtful. We especially appreciated the little details, like the fresh linens and the well-equipped kitchen. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return again. Tack så mycket, Linda!

Quiet residential neighborhood near the University. Good public transport connections to the city center that is not very close. Very friendly guest and easily accessible. The apartment has everything you need, in fact there was also soap, shampoo, detergents and the basics for cooking. Everything described in the listing is present and working. A supermarket and a couple of restaurants are a minute's walk away. Overall, we had a very satisfactory experience, especially in relation to the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable foothold near the University.

I love it when you find a gem like this. When the accommodation itself becomes a big part of the trip. Everything from the small details to the whole thing impressed us. We also liked the tranquility and the peaceful surroundings. We got tips on what to do nearby and felt really welcome by Calle and Angelica. We'll be back!

Perfect Place to Stay in Finspång!

Beautiful setting, very peaceful area, the owners were very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for the area.

(6 adults, 12 days) House + surroundings are fantastic. More beautiful than in the photos. House + kitchen very well equipped. Large master bedroom (wardrobe, bathroom (double shower + bathtub) large bed + TV). 2nd room - nice bed, but no wardrobe, so also smaller. 3rd room has bunk bed and a 140 cm wide bed + dressing room. More like a children's room. We swapped rooms after a week. 2nd + 3rd shared bathroom (shower) + TV room House has large windows, is flooded with light + offers a breathtaking view of the lake. Large terrace with fireplace, barbecue and various furniture. Negative points: Some kitchen machines + grill were not clean, but this is more due to the previous visitors. The duvets and mattresses showed signs of wear. Linda + Michael were always available + very accommodating. I highly recommend the accommodation + would love to spend my vacation there again. Tack så mycket!

Really nice place, and good communication. We experienced that the next guests arrived before the agreed check-out, which was a little strange and we felt a little pressure. We got the impression that they had an agreement with the host that we didn't know about.

A big, great house in amazing surroundings! We were 8 guests and we had a great time and lacked nothing! We had a good dialogue with the host, who responded quickly and kindly, even though we asked about things that were already available in the app. Our stay was incredibly pleasant and social in the large living room, which together with the kitchen helped give the house a nice soul. The house and the host are highly recommended!

Me and my partner plus some friends needed a place quickly and booked this the day before check-in. It was very easy to check in as the host didn't have to be on site to let you in. It was clean and had great amenities at a very good price. Would really recommend it!
