Easy cottage with great location by Skulesjön

Older and simple cottage in an unbeatable location – the cottage is only meters from the water by beautiful Skulesjön. Four beds: two in the main cabin and two in a separate sleeping cabin. The main cabin has a living room, shower room and kitchenette with stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Simple furnished patio with lake view. On the grounds there is a cozy cliff with a jetty – perfect for a swim or to enjoy the evening sun. Odourless separett in freestanding building. Guests will bring their own sheets and clean upon departure.

The northern gem of the High Coast.

The cottage is located at a sea bay in the north part of the High Coast, well suited for day trips to a large number of sights located in the nearby area. Sandy beach, swimming jetty and access to a small boat, makes it possible to enjoy the holiday. In the ground floor of the house there is a sofa bed, as well as loft with space for 4-5 people, but not full ceiling height. Internet access is available, so you can check emails and communicate without any problems, but the reception can be patchy, so it can be difficult to watch movies.

This newly built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns havsbad, proximity to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers out, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) is about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with nice opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik there is also the well-known adventure bath Pardiset.

Here you have access to nearby hiking trails Or why not take a warming sauna or a 38 degree bath in your own jacuzzi? Gullviks sea bath, you can reach within 2 km. Closest grocery store is 9 km away. 16 km to the center of Örnsköldsvik with Paradisbadet and Skytti ski trail area. Slalom slopes can be found several in the municipality. The accommodation is divided into two houses. In the main building there is a kitchen, a bedroom, living room, lounge and shower room with washing machine. In the little cottage there are two large rooms, one with a double bed and a toilet (during the coldest winter months, we close the small WC when there is only summer water) and the other room has a large living room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Stove and oven available. The view is over the beautiful sea of Ullångersfjärden.

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk).
