Cozy cottage

Own cottage with room for 1-3 people. Sofa and small dining area and small kitchenette with microwave, stovetop and fridge. Small shower and toilet. The whole cabin is 15 sqm. The cottage is located on a villa plot with a protected location. Parking space on premises. TV screen with chromecast. The bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 90 cm. Approx. 4 minute walk to bus stop. Bus to Huddinge C about 10 minutes, then about a quarter of a commuter train to Stockholm. Bus to Södertörn University/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. There is a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/toilet and washing machine. You have access to free internet and built in speakers. It has great communications to City Center. Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

Only 40km from Stockholm Centre (bus goes 3-4times/day i both directions) Horse farm 4km. Hemmesta Centrum 10min with a car.
