We enjoyed to be at Tuomo's place. Lots of space in the house. It is well equipped with all the necessary stuff (especially in the kitchen). Quiet and peaceful place!

A work trip with dogs was made possible for a stay in a stunning setting in the peaceful tranquility of the countryside. The hosts were very friendly and I felt welcome. Highly recommended.

This is an exceptional cottage in a beautiful and private setting. We couldn't see neighbours through the forest and were able to enjoy the lake in peace too. The lake was a good size (not a pond), and joins onto a bigger lake which was great for a rowing boat trip. The cottage itself is not big, but cosy and fine for two people with a pull out sofa and warm at night. It had everything you need, like firewood, candles, matches, repellant, drinking water, basic kitchen supplies (salt, oil, etc.). The sauna (with lake water) and grill were easy to use. The tensile was a novel experience but may be a bit slanted for some sleepers. Great value for the space, privacy and beauty of the place!

The cottage is really cozy and has a lot of details, so we had a wonderful stay there. Especially the summer sauna and the lake were fantastic. The contact to Pirjo was very good, she replied always fast. Thank you for a nice stay!

Our stay was great! The place was easy to find and clean, and exactly what we needed for a few nights. We were even able to do laundry easily.

Our group of seven spent four nights at Miia's cottage on the shores of Linnansaari National Park. We had an excellent time! The main cottage is on the small side for seven, the three kids were going to sleep in a loft space but with the noise challenges of lofts we elected to have them sleep in the sauna cottage, which has a beautiful sleeping space. We took full advantage of the ping pong table, darts, hot tub and sauna(s). We also rowed over to nearby islands several times (tons of mushrooms growing over there!). There were no other people nearby, really, so it felt very private. The back deck is perfect for lounging and eating meals when the weather is good. Miia helped us find a local fishing guide and gave us other helpful recommendations. We popped south to Savonlinna one day to walk the town and have a meal. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at Miia's!

Lovely and homey place to stay. The beach, sports fields, bicycle paths, children's playgrounds, beautiful views - all just a few minutes' walk away. Suitable for couples as well as families with children. All necessary utensils for cooking are available, everything worked. Thank you, Ilkka!

We've really enjoyed our stay at Sanna's cottage by the lake. The environment is perfect for anyone who wants to chill and relax in an extremely quiet and peaceful nature environment. In summertime, just listen to the wind in the trees, geese and ducks passing by, enjoy the veranda view from sunrise to moonrise, as well as stargazing. Sanna's cottage is clean and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom and sauna are all well-equipped. We ran our errands on our way from Kuopio airport to have everything we needed for the first part of our stay. We quickly got used to the steep staircase that leads to the upper bedroom and to the exterior bathroom. The living room is decorated with charm. With Sanna's indications, we had everything to be autonomous throughout our stay. For sure, Sanna's cottage by the lake will hold a special place among my summer memories for a long time.
