Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Despite having six people in our group, the spacious house always made us feel energized and comfortable. It exuded a sense of cheerfulness that added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, and even a grill was available for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Beyond the impressive interior, the property featured a sizable backyard. While our visit took place in a snowy January, preventing us from thoroughly enjoying the outdoor space, we could still envision the potential for snowball fights and other fun activities. I am eager to return to Hayk's place during different seasons, confident that it would offer a unique and enjoyable experience each time. I highly recommend this Airbnb to others, as it can cater to guests in any season.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

Small,but cozy and clean apartment with a good view to the forrest. A definite bargain for what you are getting out of the place.

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

A great place to stay near the ski resort . Very clean . I recommend this place
